Ronnie Fieg is back with yet another new collaboration boot. This time he gets together with Quoddy on the Classic Moccasin 10″ Calf Height Boots and presents them in two colorways.

“Featuring ten lacquered eyelets strung together with 72” rawhide laces, the boot provides various lacing options to be styled for any wardrobe and any season. The two-toned colorways feature a fused canvas and leather silhouette with other details including a deerskin bellow tongue to keep out debris and maintain warmth without bulk, a Vibram sole designed expressly for Quoddy and a full handcrafted design. As on all Quoddy shoes, the soles are stitched to the shoe bottom rather than glued so that they maintain flexibility and last longer.”

Limited to 24 pairs in each colorway, the two-tone design on these is interesting and we like the color hits that Ronnie chose for these. The second leather color around the two box we are not convinced about, but overall he managed to present a refreshing version of this otherwise classic outdoor boot. Priced at 450 USD a pair, they will release at both Kith locations and online on January 6th, 2012.

Stussy presents another boot collaboration this season. Together with Danner they worked on the Mountain Ridge Mid. A nice casual boot, it comes in a brown suede colorway with brown leather ankle support, red laces and off white outer sole. A release is scheduled for January 7th, 2012.

If you missed on out getting some rugged boots for this Fall/Winter 2011 season, then you still have hope this upcoming Spring/Summer as A Bathing Ape will be dropping these Mountain Soldier Boots, which can be seen here in their recently released lookbook. Slated to drop this first quarter of 2012, these boots will be coming in 3 colors: olive, navy, and yellow. These boots have the usual features such as a durable Vibram outsole, D-ring laces loops, and just an all around high-quality approach to the overall construction. We could probably do without the yellow, but the navy and olive are rather enticing, especially with elements such as the contrasting leather heel and tongue. Check out Zozo for more details.

We present a new version of the Clarks Originals Desert Boot. This limited edition remake is part of the British Rock Royalty Collection from Clarks Originals. Using the exact specifications that made this shoe a classic all those years ago, the black and white check is a direct reference to the Ska music movement.

The other day we presented to you the lookbook of the upcoming adidas Originals by Jeremy Scott Spring/Summer 2012 Collection. Here is now a detailed look at the footwear of the new line.

As usual Scott does not shy away from anything and presents everything from gorilla to leopard sneakers, combat boots, loafers, sandals and various versions of his popular wings sneakers, and other crazy styles. As crazy as the styles are, are also the materials and colors.

From its Spring 2012 Collection, Lanvin has released a new style hiking boot. Less extreme than their Holiday 2011 models, the boots come in a waxed leather version and a Kilim suede version. Both feature interesting fabric details around the ankle support and a front zipper, which replaces the laces.

The two boots are now available in the official Lanvin online store.

Red Wing has dropped these highly durable and rather nice looking Heritage 4563 Boots exclusively at select Nordstrom’s locations throughout the US. These are constructed out of a premium full grain leather and they feature a goodyear welt construction. The round toe is used here and since the seam is removed from that region of the boot, it adds a larger element of durability. The 4563 is very versatile for work or casual use, so you most likely would get your money’s worth out of these.

Today we take a look at one of the most interesting Nike releases to come in early 2012, a collaboration between fragment design and Nike on the Air Magma hiking sneaker. While we do find most fragment design Nike releases these days rather boring, we do really like this new alternation of the mid top outdoor sneaker.

The Air Magma comes in grey and navy suede and features colorful side-zippers, making for nice added functionality and a nice design element at the same time. Sophnet will be releasing the two sneakers between December 31st, 2011 and January 1st, 2012 at their retailers.

Ronnie Fieg continues to release one collaborative shoe after the other. At times it is hard to keep up. As usual he keeps things very solid and presents this week the new Ronnie Fieg Sebago ‘Kings Point’ Boot. The high rise boot comes in burgundy and black leather options, a goodyear welted Vibram mini lug outsole, leather midsoles, double padded leather collar, a padded leather tongue, leather laces and features a removable tassel piece. For the more eccentric among you with the tassels, for the rest, without we would say. Either way, easy to wear and match boots. A release at Kith NYC stores is scheduled for December 22nd, 11am EST and on RonnieFieg.com.

If you have footwear that looks better with frequent usage and age, but do not have the patience to get them to achieve that nice patina or distressed look, Nigel Cabourn and Viberg have these Service Boots that can assist you there. The light brown suede upper features some stains and signs of wear throughout the exterior, with even the midsole showing signs of dirt/filth. Hopefully the inside and outsole are fresher than the outside of the shoes suggest. These are available exclusively at Barney’s.
