An interesting new boot silhouette has released from the visvim Fall/Winter 2011 Collection. The Decoy Raffia-Folk boot is a slip-in duck boot style, featuring a mixed leather and canvas upper with thick stitching details and outer sole. The boots come in overall 4 colorways and feature visvim branding on the upper and on the back of the sole.

This fall Supreme has joined Clarks® to release a new style – the Desert Mali Boot. Custom fit for Supreme, the shoe will come in a genuine leather and a nubuck suede upper and feature leather in-sole and lining. Crepe sole bottom with a debossed logo on heel loop are further nice accents. The Desert Mali Boot will be available in four different colorways made exclusively for Supreme.

The boots will be available in-store in NY, LA, London and online on October 20th. And they will be available in Japan on October 22nd.

Although widely recognized as a maker of fine spring/summer footwear offerings, Sperry Top-Sider also offers the goods for winter time. This shearling lined Winter A/O Boot boasts some nice amenities such as:

Neil Barrett continues his Palladium Boots collab for Autumn/Winter 2011. Selectism reports – “Two new colorways are available now in the Palladium Pampa boot: black/white and olive/white. The premium boots are made from “aniline leather” and accented with nubuck. Australian wool is used on the collar for extra warmth.”

Columbia worked with Japanese retailer Oshman’s on a special version of their Metro Trail Mid boots. They come in charcoal and brown colorways, featuring an interesting pigmented wool upper and knitted lining. That paired with a proper outer sole and hiking boot lacing, certainly makes these a good addition to your closet. atmos has them in stock now.

Fall is here, at least I think it is. It’s feeling kind of summer-like still here out in the western part of the US today, but here is a little something in terms of fall footwear, or in this case, holiday. Originally released as a collaboration with The Lovewright Company, then revisited with recently with Mighty Healthy, the Califas boot has now worked its way into the Etnies line. This iteration of the boot is done up proper with with an upper comprised of Wolverine Leather’s “Gibraltar”, which is an oiled pigskin nubuck. In addition to looking buttery soft, it is water resistant, so a level of protection against wetness is existent. Other highlights include an Ortholite footbed and a Vibram outsole all making for one well-rounded release. Look for these to start hitting retailers soon.

Concepts and Sorel have joined forces for the third year in a row, this time to present to Kitchner High for men alongside the Liftline LTR for women. While retaining seam-sealed waterproof construction, Concepts also created a custom fair isle print on both uppers. The collection combines refined and rugged style inherent to Sorel with precise curation from Concepts. The result is a refreshing and sophisticated collection of boots as at home in a winter storm as they are in more sartorial setting – perfect for the discerning urban explorer. Another fresh looking boot releases this week from the visvim Fall/Winter 2011 Collection. The high rise Zermatt Boots Folk come in three leather versions, featuring hiking boot eyelets, a white Vibram outer sole and two-tone laces matching the sole design of the boot.
