Earlier this year, we previewed Dr. Martens’ Fall/Winter 2011 work with British Millerain for a Waxed Canvas Footwear Collection and now it’s been released. They come in three styles including the windsor, the brogue and the saddle. These can now be purchased from Oki-Ni.

For Fall/Winter 2011, Japanese label CASH CA teams up with Keds on a capsule collection of sneakers. Working with both Liberty of London and British Millerain fabrics, CASH CA mixes canvas and leather with wingtip accents for a solid footwear offering. Each of the Liberty print and British Millerain models come in 3 colorways each and will be available shortly.

Based in Rochdale, Lancashire, British Millerain have been manufacturing high performance waxy leathers and oilskins since 1880. This season Clarks Originals have used a rich brown shade of their waxed leather, and added buttercup yellow laces and stitching, for great updates on both the Desert Boot and Wallabee.

In an interesting collaboration Dr. Martens worked for Fall/Winter 2011 with British Millerain on a Waxed Canvas Footwear Collection. The line-up includes a series of shoes – we are showing the lace-up, the brogue and the wingtip styles from the collection here above. Great choice of colors and materials, making these instant classics.

Japanese luggage brand Master-Piece will be introducing later this season the British Millerain Series. They worked with the family owned UK business on a luggage collection, with all pieces featuring British Millerain waxed cotton uppers and oiled leather details. The outcome is a solid line-up, consisting of backpacks, messenger bags, waist bags and more. Look out for a release March 2011.

A great interpretation of the Harrington jacket from none other than UK-staple Fred Perry. Premium waxed British Millerain cotton is the outer of choice and does the look proper with two button down pockets, ribbed waist and cuffs and a full tartan lining. Now in at End who says “this jacket has been one of the most successful pieces for a number of seasons now, and with this kind of quality we are not surprised.” Made in England too.
