Luggage brand Luxe previews their upcoming Fall 2011 Collection. Next to more subtle black and beige tones, the lines also offers a bold red series. Premium materials and nice details make up the new collection, which consists of backpacks, messenger bags, totes and some smaller accessories and wallets.

In an interesting project DC Shoes has joined forces with Bruxe for a capsule collection, entitled “Dead Rat Pack”.

” This collection was to be aimed at a contemporary customer as is most of the Life collection. After lots of back and forth with the accessories and DC Life team and a couple rounds of story boarding, we settled on a backpack, a small courier bag, a baseball cap, a driving cap and a cycling jacket. We decided on a heavy waxed canvas mixed with a rich pebble leather for the bags, making them some of the most durable bags we have made to date.”

The collaborative capsule collection is hitting DC Life accounts right now. Since Bruxe is from Canada, they wanted to do something special for the launch over there and got together with Off The Hook. They designed a special fixed gear bike, matching the collection, with the store. The bike is being given away at the launch event of the DC LiFE x Bruxe Dead Rat Pack Capsule Collection at Off The Hook on November 25th.

Montreal label Bruxe launches their new Winter 2010 collection. Of particular interest are the Handmade in Montreal pieces, which are constructed by 120 year old leather manufacturer Fullum and Holt and made of Horween Chromexcel leather. Further releases include waxed canvas briefcases, phone cases and backpacks. Now available through Bruxe.

Last week we went by the DC Showroom in NYC to check out their forthcoming product for the coming Fall/Winter 2010-2011 season. Among a number of solid snowboard pieces we came across a duo of bags from Montreal designers Bruxe. Featured in navy canvas with maroon accents the bags take on familiar Bruxe shapes with added DC branding and logowork. Available at select accounts shortly.

The Bruxe FW10 collection features satchels, carry-alls, wallets, phone cases, computer cases, backpacks, and courier bags as well as a new “Handmade in Montreal” leather goods collection constructed of Horween Chromexcel leather, known around the world for its quality and feel. Tiny Little Chairs is exactly what it sounds like. Specifically, a series of precious metal pendants celebrating mid-century design. Handmade in Montreal, Canada by the good people from Bruxe Design and Uranium Neckwear. Pow.

Stepping away from their perforated patent leather roots, Montreal-based Bruxe offers a selection of premium melton wool carrying solutions for Fall 2009. Amongst a selection of red, grey, and blue wool pieces, the label cooked up a Crown Royal inspired collection of deep wine melton in three styles. The Barnes, Billy and Johnson bags are each treated to a touch of Canada’s favorite whisky with black leather accents, gold satin lining and metal zippers. Luggage label Bruxe is introducing the new Bruxe Blueline Collection, a quickstrike for special retail outlets for Holiday 2008. Straight out of Canada, Bruxe has a long design history in bags and utilizes futuristic design and materials to stand out from the norm in the market. All Bruxe backpacks and bags offer a little more bag for the buck and great storage features.
