A couple of days ago we presented to you the pink Burton excursion 3L Jacket, a collaboration with Fragment Design. Today we can show you the second colorway of the jacket as well – black. Both come with small Fragment logo placements on the chest. Via Honeyee.

Burton collaborated this season with Fragment Design on a pink technical 3L shell jacket. The jacket come in all pink and features both a Fragment Design logo print and a small Fragment Design tag on the side. The jacket is now available at Figure.

As part of the Excursion collection, an on-going collaboration between Head Porter Plus and Burton, they present the Insulator Jacket and the Fleece Jacket this Fall/Winter 2008 season. The Insulator downjacket comes in black/pink and grey/black and the fleece jacket comes matching in black and grey. Both pieces are now available in the honeyee.store.

Burton has worked on another collaboration this winter season. The Alife NYC x Burton is based on the Burton 09 Custom board, but comes with a Sintered Base. The board comes in two sizes – 158cm and 162 cm. The board will not be sold at regular retailers; it will be available at ALIFE flagship and Burton flagship stores globally. It will deliver around Thanksgiving 08 and retail for $619.

As expected from Alife, the snowboard comes with a very clean design, good for today and for years to come. Look out for the release in the near future.

The Burton x Futura Vapor Snowboard that has been first presented months ago, has now finally been released in Burton flagship stores. Featuring a rather simple black upper, it comes with a full on Futura graphic on the bottom with custom Futura Burton signature.

Aside from the board, Futura also got together with Burton on a first layer outfit. It consists of pants and matching top, featuring a multicolor check design by the artist. It is now available at SlamJam.

Few graphic series succeed in producing continued quality and thoughtful design. One that does is the Burton Artist series. The current theme “Design of Dissent” gives each artist a strong working platform, and beyond those that are chosen are done so with a watchful eye. The result is drops that don’t skirt individuality in a quest for conformity — a requirement in a positive string of connected product.

The latest artist to work Burton’s t-shirt canvas is John Yates. He’s worked as artistic director of Alternative Tenticles, and with his own Stealworks actively designs for alternative press. For Burton, he’s done 4 tees. Each hits the nail on the head in terms of the umbrella theme. Visit your nearest Burton flagship store to grab one (or all).

Head Porter Plus continues their collaboration with Burton. Last season we saw some hoodies, as well as a luggage series, here we show you now some beanies the two brand worked on. As part of the Burton Excursion collection, they created a series of different style beanies, each coming in multiple colorways.

The Carhartt x Burton collaborative collection has certainly been one of the most interesting projects this year. While some product has already been previewed by us, as it has released in Japan, we come closer to the general release in Europe now, and thus we can show you the complete line-up, which also still has some surprises ready for you.

All in all there are three complete outfits, each consisting of jacket and pants in the collection. Furthermore they also made a snowboard. The jackets have that real Carhartt look and feel, while featuring the most up to date Burton technology. We could not think of a better combination. Images via Blacklodges.

A new initiative for Burton. A new canvas for the prolific Ron English. Burton Private Stock is a low run line aimed at 100 select retailers around the world.
