Cali is back with their latest denim – the OG Black Denim. Coming in a new cut, slightly more fitted, as well as with more refined back pockets, Cali presents an all black pair of denim. The denim is triple black dripped, and features piano black rivets and buttons. Making sure to go all the way, the stitching is also black, as well as the leather patch on the back, and the famous Cali sneaker protector. It’s an unwashed but soft non-selvage bull-denim fabric. It has all the classic “Cali Dnm” Features – looser upper and sneaker fit ending to foot.

Limited to 144 pieces, the new Cali OG Black Denim goes on sale on Thursday, 12:00 CET, and will go for 99 Euros at Caliroots.com.

San Francisco’s True has produced some striking New Eras over the years. Their latest takes it direct to their home state, and riffs of the California flag. The hat releases this coming Saturday, November 15, and with it True has also prepared a selection of related garments.

After successfully invading the denim market, Cali now takes on the Chino market with Cali Durables. Their first chinos were introduced a couple of weeks ago in collaboration with Nike for the launch of their new sneaker store. Now we present you the classic chino pack.
The pack consists of all black, stone grey or soft khaki chinos. They have a soft wash to the fabric for extra softness, and the fit is re-worked – not baggy, and not slim, just perfect! Very tight on the foot to fit extra well on your sneakers. Roll them up or use the Cali lace technique to adjust your length and comfort ( you can also easily take out the laces..). Also the chino feature an enlarged front pocket where you can perfectly fit your iPod and a wire tube, so these also do not get lost. All these features, without risking the classic look. Cali Denim has made some nice moves since its inception last year. Especially the sneaker protector was welcomed by many. Now the Swedish denim brand presents their latest line-up, a re-work of their original raw denim and the Lux pack.
The new OG Raw denim comes with a slightly changed cut, further improving the sneaker cut at the bottom. Also they now come with piano laqueered rivets and buttons for a darker and cleaner look. The famous sneaker protector now comes as a gel print instead of cotton, improving the functionality significantly.
Also they present the Lux Pack, which comes in two versions. The Lux pack features a calf skin leather sneaker protector, which is not only nice for the looks, but also ensures that your denim does not break at the bottom. Other nice touches include an extra leather tag on the back pocket.
The OG Raw denim comes limited to 144 pieces. The Lux denim comes limited to 95 pieces in each colorway. These are available as of today at Caliroots and soon at other premium retailers around the globe.

Cali Denim has made quite an impact over the last year. The brand showed us the Pantone Pack, recently the Neon Pack next to their rather “normal” regular denim. At this point we are not shocked anymore. Today Cali released the Glow-In-The-Dark denim. They come in very limited quantities and are only available in store.

From the PUMA® archives in 1982, this shoe is one of the cornerstones of the brand; PUMA is bringing back the PUMA California. To celebrate the reintroduction of this iconic style PUMA is releasing three distinct renditions drawing from the rich Californian lifestyle. We already presented to you the Cali Woody and also the collaboration with San Francisco based store Shoebiz.

For this rendition of the Cali, PUMA teamed up with one of the staple sneaker spots of Los Angeles, Sportie LA. The Sportie LA Cali has a simple and classic feel with a black and gold color way. The back panel is solid gold layered underneath a black mesh. The insole and outsole both bare a montage of female silhouettes in a black, white and gold camo pattern. The shoe is limited to 150 pairs and is available exclusively at the Sportie LA Vault on February 1st. Also keep an eye out for the “Sportie LA Cali” billboard on Melrose St.

A couple of days ago we presented to you the Puma Cali Woody and now here comes a collaboration with San Francisco based store Shoebiz.
The shoe was made for the Dino Shop on Haight Street, thus you find the dinosaur on the inner sole and also on the tongue tag. The cable car on the back heel of course stands for San Francisco and the year 79, when Shoebiz opened its doors in SF.

One of the three styles is the “Cali Woody”, which takes on a true California theme, the classic 40s station wagon known as a “Woody Wagon”. The shoe has the state of California on the tongue tag, palm trees on the heel, along with a translucent surf board out sole. Limited at only 200 pairs the “Cali Woody” will be available exclusively at the PUMA retail in Santa Monica beginning on February 1st.

Cali just does not stop putting out the denim specials. After the recent purple pack release, where they put together a pair of selvedge denim with a collaboration pair of sunglasses by Super, they now present a special pair of raw selvedge denim for their sneaker section – Six Feet Down. Of course this denim comes in the SFD colors and thus features orange stitching. Other features include custom rivets, SFD logo on the inside pocket, sneaker protector, etc.
The denim will release at 12 o’clock (Stockholm time) on Friday, 31rst of September. At 15 o’clock the same day they will be released online.

Over the weekend we gave you a look at the 3 year anniversary t-shirts that Caliroots is putting out these past days. The Purple Pack that we present you here marks the final part of the 3 Year Anniversary celebrations and it will be released this coming Wednesday.
The Purple Pack is made up of two items – the Cali Raw Denim and a Super x Caliroots collaboration. The Super collaboration sunglasses come with a purple body and black arms. With this collaboration Super shows for the first time their new Easy E frame, which will be officially introduced by them only Spring/Summer 2008. Inside it reads RetroSuperFuture x Caliroots Ltd Edt. Also each pair is individually numbered from 1 to 50, as there are only 50 pairs made.
The second part of the pack is the classic  Cali black raw selvedge denim with all stitching done in Purple. The denim comes in a limited edition of 144 pieces.
Both the sunglasses and the denim will be released this coming Wednesday – 12pm European time in store and 3pm European time online.
