We recently previewed the October’s Very Own x Canada Goose Leather Down Jacket. This is the second collaboration between Drake and the outerwear brand. Featuring a white fur hood and a lining printed with gold OVO owls, the outer shell is covered in thick leather. But there are many more details on the jacket.

“Off the success of last year’s release, Canada Goose’s Chilliwack jacket get the luxury treatment again but goes well above the 2011 version. The jacket features a supple Buffalo leather exterior sourced from top leather manufacturers the Himel Brothers, removable Arctic fox fur, white duck down fill, 100% silk lining printed with the O.V.O Owl logo & 24 gold plated hardware. The OVO & Canada Goose team have spared no expense this time around.”

The jacket will retail for $5000 CDN and should be available soon from the Nomad Richmond Street West location.

In celebration of their 20th Anniversary, Toronto men’s fashion destination Uncle Otis teamed up with local Canadian label Canada Goose to put a UO twist the staple Constable silhouette. The Uncle Otis version features an updated modern fit (closer the the Japanese CG models) in black Ottoman-weave Artic-Tech fabric with removable coyote fur trim and a detachable hood.

Further tweaks include exposed gunmetal zippers, military style buttons (rather than Velcro), a fleece lined neck and a tonal black-on-black Canada Goose logo patch. Overall one of our favorite Canada Goose jackets of all time. Now available exclusively through Uncle Otis.

Once again Boston boutique Concepts gets together with Canada Goose, this time to collaborate on the Alberta Vest for Fall/Winter 2010.

“Being that Concepts is located in New England, we value and appreciate the dedication to the design of product built to keep us warm regardless of temperature and elements we are forced to endure during our winter months.

Modifying the Alberta Vest design, we created something that doesn’t compromise the heritage and dedication to quality outerwear Canada Goose is known for.

Using an Arctic-Tech waterproof shell, 625 fill power white duck down for the body & removable hood, fleece lined pockets with soft leather under pocket flaps and side seam zippers – our interpretation of this CG classic vest is now ready for use on the streets of Harvard Square.”

Canada Goose has gotten together with October’s Very Own, the Canadian collective headed by none other than Drake. Together they worked on a limited edition Chilliwack bomber jacket. They keep the short bomber in a clean black colorway with minimalist branding. The jacket will be released November 13th at Nomad, colette, Nepenthes NYC, Opening Ceremony LA and The Tannery Boston. Utilizing the three styles he reworked in the original release – a Vest, a Snorkel Bomber, and a thigh-length Expedition Jacket – Yuketen/Monitaly designer Yuki Matsuda extends his Canada Goose collaboration into the FW10 season. For the new release, Yuki offers a selection of colorful wool and herringbone options with his characteristic exposed snaps and zippers. Available this winter at a select few Canada Goose retailers.

Today the collaboration between Parisian boutique colette and Canada Goose has been released. The jacket comes in the colette blue and features a tonal embroidered logo on the chest, along with some arm patches and a fur hood. It is now available here.

In time for the winter season Parisian store colette is getting busy with their collaborations again. We just presented the Timberland Lumber Jacket and the Sorel boots, here comes now their collaboration with Canada Goose. They pay tribute to dog sled racer Lance Mackey, who won the infamous “The Last Great Race” four times after suffering from cancer. The jacket comes in black with multiple patches on the front and back and a massive fur lined hood. Look out for a release later this season.

UPDATE: This is not actually a colette collab, but a Lance Mackey collab that colette will be carrying. Other top tier CG accounts such as The Tannery will also receive stock.
