Chari & Co. NYC took a Mongolian warrior route when creating these animal gloves for this winter season. The NYC shop jokingly hooked up with Genghis Khan for some insight on how to go about straying away from technical fabrics to opting for animal pelts and leathers. What came about are these guys and they look like they would be extremely effective keeping those paws of yours warm. These are available now.

Chari & Co. understands full well that nothing is a better substitution for your touch screen electronics than your bare fingers. That realization led to the design of their Smart Gloves. These gloves allow you to pull back the tops of the index fingers and thumbs so that you can operate your smart phone, touch pads, camera, and anything touch screen for that matter. Four designs are available in three sizes now. Their gloves went like hotcakes last year, so better hurry and lock yours down.

Chari & Co NYC teamed up with Porter Japan to create a good size and functional messenger bag for the new season. The size plays an important role, as many messenger bags out there have simply become too chunky for daily use. Chari & Co took care of that and added some other great features, including a paraffin-finished canvas exterior, tarp fabric interior, 3M reflective strips and waterproof zippers.

The bags are now available exclusively at Chari & Co. NYC and Bjirushi Yoshida Tokyo.

Both of Chari & Co.’s founding fathers were born and raised in Japan, but they’ve been in love with New York City since the moment their planes touched down on the JFK tarmac. So, just in time for fall, they’ve decided to drop a fresh cycling cap repping the Big Apple. Made out of a wool/rayon blend, it’ll keep your head toasty without getting you overheated. And it features a 3M reflective strip in the back and a rubber sweatband—so it’s perfect for the cyclist who “can’t stop, won’t stop.”

The caps come in overall three colorways and they will be released today both in stores and online.

Lower East Side, NYC-based bike shop Chari & Co worked with designer Steven Alan to create a flannel riding shirt. Featuring a long tail to cover your behind, a Velcro-fastened rip-open chest pocket in a messenger bag friendly position, and a “hunting pocket” zippered into the back, this shirt promises to be a sturdy riding companion.
