Once again Nexus VII works with Original Fake this season on some Gore-Tex chinos. Previously we have seen from them Gore-Tex denim. The Chinos come in black and beige, with lots of nice details, including custom buttons, extra pocket and of course the complete Gore-Tex lining.

Expect the Nexus VII x Original Fake Gore-Tex Chinos to be released in the coming weeks.

Some new product from Visvim’s Fall/Winter 2008 collection has been released today. Among the mix you find the new Shigatse shirt, coming in several colorways. Also they dropped their classic JV hoodies and chino pants, also both coming in several colorways.

The new shipment is now available at Reinforce.

A new Visvim Fall/Winter 2008 shipment has arrived at retailers. Among this drop there is the Vis 101 jacket, based on a classic denim jacket, it comes in herringbone and is available in several colorways. 
Matching comes a pair of chinos, also in herringbone, and another pair of chinos that come with short legs. Also you will find in this delivery some new basic t-shirts with stripes on the sleeves and the basic raw Fluxus denim by Visvim. Via SV/Star-J.

After successfully invading the denim market, Cali now takes on the Chino market with Cali Durables. Their first chinos were introduced a couple of weeks ago in collaboration with Nike for the launch of their new sneaker store. Now we present you the classic chino pack.
The pack consists of all black, stone grey or soft khaki chinos. They have a soft wash to the fabric for extra softness, and the fit is re-worked – not baggy, and not slim, just perfect! Very tight on the foot to fit extra well on your sneakers. Roll them up or use the Cali lace technique to adjust your length and comfort ( you can also easily take out the laces..). Also the chino feature an enlarged front pocket where you can perfectly fit your iPod and a wire tube, so these also do not get lost. All these features, without risking the classic look. This time they only made 200 pieces in each color. EU made. Price: 85Euro.These babies are now on their way out to a few select stores worldwide.

Bounty X Hunter has released new items as part of their Spring/Summer 2008 collection. This latest drop consisted of lots of t-shirts, polos, denim as well as chino pants. Pics via Revolution Information.

Caliroots and their sneaker store Six Feet Down have teamed up with Nike on a special project, which introduces for the first time, since they launched their denim, the Cali Chinos.
The Cali Concept Store has been remodeled over the past couple of weeks and is as of tomorrow the Six Feet Down store to launch this project with Nike. Matching some of the latest Dunks, Caliroots and Nike got together and made matching Chino pants in orange with black basketball embroidery and black with orange basketball embroidery. Orange is the Six Feet Down color and also the exact same color of these latest Dunks.
Of course Caliroots did not just make Chinos. They took a classic Ralph Lauren Chino and updated it with some nice features, including an elastic phone/iPod pocket with cord hook, lacing at the bottom to roll them up when biking or chilling in the summer and a Cali Durables logo tag in the back. In terms of fit they updated the classic Ralph Lauren chino and made it slightly less wide, especially at the bottom to ensure a good sneaker fit.
Tomorrow Caliroots will be launching the pack online and in store at 7pm European time, to celebrate the Six Feet Down relaunch at the Caliroots Concept Store (Regeringsgatan 77 in Stockholm). Each Chino will come with the matching Nike Dunks wrapped in a matching canvas bag, made especially for this event. The Chinos are limited to 50 pieces per colorway.

Garbstore is by far the most interesting new brand to come out of Europe in recent years. As one of a few, they have created a brand that concentrates on quality and history. Each piece has a story and materials are carefully chosen until they are right. The brand describes its own style as “Unfamiliar Vintage”, and there is not a better word for it.
Here we present you now the Spring/Summer 2008 collection, which is arriving in stores right now. Flight Jackets, Denim Military Jackets, quality knitwear, denim, chinos, shirts, t-shirts and more can be found in the collection. A modern take of vintage pieces. The most simple pieces at first sight, feature lots of details at closer inspection. It is nice exploring fashion again and finding out more about a piece that one bought over the course of time, instead of seeing everything there is to it right away.

We came across some interesting new chinos that were just released in Japan. 2-Tacs got together with Porter Japan for these.
“2-tacs” is a brand founded by a stylist Ryoji Honma in 1998. This brand name comes from the concept which consists of two tactics; one is “remake of used clothes” and the other is “to give them special finish for each dresser”.

The permanent theme of this brand is “super basic”. “2-tacs” focuses on elaborating such basic items such as work shirts and coach jackets that surfers and skaters like (2-tacs calls them “skafers”), and expands on that with vintage fabrics.
The principle of the brand also hold true for this collaboration. The chinos stay basic in terms of look, but feature integrated Porter waist bags, making them more practical that a usual chino. They are available in black and khaki.

Head Porter Plus has released first pieces out of their Spring/Summer 2008 collection. The cruise theme is reflected in almost every piece of the collection. Here you see the latest release by Levi’s Fenim, some nice Fall/Winter 2007 Chinos. The come in three colorways – navy, black and khaki. They have the same details that you also find on the Levi’s Fenom denim, such as the Fragment logo on the right back pocket. The chinos have been released this past week in Japan.
