Debuted earlier this year, the Converse Addict Collection revisits the iconic Chuck Taylor sneaker in a variety of premium make-ups. Featuring high quality materials and revamped construction, including Vibram soles, the Chuck Taylor Hi seen here is given a green, purple and red panelling. Scheduled for a mid-October release. As part of their 1HUND(RED) Artists project, Converse now got together with Danish brand Wood Wood. They worked on the Chuck Taylor Hi and gave it a very clean look. The entire upper comes in a lavender premium suede, the lining features the Wood Wood star map pattern, the tongue comes with a Wood Wood logo tag.

Otherwise the sneaker comes with the usual Converse 1HUND(RED) details, such as the red lace wholes at the top. A fantastic monochrome take on this classic sneaker by Wood Wood.

The Converse 1HUND(RED) Artists Wood Wood Chuck Taylor Hi will be released on October 1rst at the following US locations: Nom de Guerre, Dave’s Quality Meat, St. Alfred and Undefeated LA.

Here is the latest Converse x Beams collaboration. This time they worked on the Converse Chuck Taylor Hi. Similar to previous Beams collaborations with Vans, the Japanese store chose to use black and white patent leather as the main material for the upper.

The next shoe in the 100th anniversary artist series by Converse is about to drop. This time the brand got together with designer/artist Ryan Lombardi. A graduate of the Art Institute of Philadelphia, his background is in graphic design, and graffiti. For this Chuck Taylor, Lombardi wanted to incorporate things that symbolized “Red” and “100” so he took design cues from Redwood Trees—trees that usually live to be hundreds of years old. A Jack Purcell by the artist will follow later on. This Chuck Taylor will drop this month at retailers. Via Complex.

Here you see the latest release out of the on going collaboration between Converse and designer John Varvatos. The Chuck Taylor Hi comes with an all black canvas upper, used coloring on the white outer sole, leather laces and black metal application along the laces and on the heel.
The sneaker has now been released at Tradition.
