Clae pulls it together nicely for their Fall/Winter 2011 seasonal offerings. No stranger to the casual sneaker department, the collection is filled with great shoes for those wanting to take a step away from performance sneakers. New to this season are the Chambers, Mobley and the Wilder all anchored by the always popular Russel. The Chambers definitely stands out and looks to be a real winner for Clae this season. The second delivery for CLAE’s 10th Anniversary season is hitting retail and www.clae.com this week. In addition to new colorways in returning silhouettes – the Ellington in deep navy with a bright blue sole stands out – the collection introduces two new styles, the hiking boot inspired Mobley and the low-profile Wilder. We present the first part of the new Clae Fall/Winter 2011 Footwear Collection. Perfectly bridging the worlds of athletic footwear and more casual footwear, Clae presents its range in new materials and colors for the season. While sticking to an overall solid look, little color accents and good color combos make the footwear just stand out enough.

American footwear brand Clae present this video showcasing a caramel leather version of their Hockney model that’s rather elegantly stylish. This shoe’s a new classic for the work place, as you’ll see from the visuals. Clae’s Hockney is available now from their online store.

Today we can give you a first look at some selected styles from the upcoming Clae Fall/Winter 2011 Footwear range. The brand has made nice progress over the last couple of seasons, continuing to lead the way in the casual athletic footwear market. Next to a strong line-up of existing models in new materials and colors, we especially like the new Mobley low top sneaker, shown here above.

Clae presents a new video for their Bailey shoe.

New York City in the 80’s saw a culture clash that would shape our future. Reggae met hip-hop and gave birth to Dancehall which gave birth to a whole new level of dressing – English style by way of the West Indies, redefined in Brooklyn. The Bailey by Clae pays homage to Gil Bailey, “the Godfather” DJ and voice of Caribbean radio in New York City who has been educating and entertaining Saturday morning listeners for more than 40 years.

With roots in a fine lineage of casual shoes, the Bailey retains the essence of its predecessors while pushing its boundaries forward. Clae will be introducing the new Baylor mid top sneaker for Spring/Summer 2011. The sneaker comes in several leather colorways, featuring an embossed logo on the tongue, contrasting details on the eyelets, tongue lining and heel, as well as an interesting perforation on the side-panels.

Several new styles from the Clae Spring/Summer 2011 sneaker collection have released. Next to the nice wool and chambray low tops, the brand presents a very clean perforated leather/suede sneaker in both black and white this season. These remind us a little of the Dior Homme signature sneaker and came out very solid. All four sneakers from the new collection are now available from Primitive.

Today the official release of the Bread & Butter “Sport & Street” x Clae Ramare Hi will take place at the tradeshow at 5:30. Only 100 pairs of the sneaker have been produced, with 10 going on sale to the public and the remaining 90 pairs being handed out to friends and family of the show. The outcome is a beautiful brown mid top, featuring subtle branding on the tongue and heel. Matching the sneakers they also present a New Era cap.
