Tokyo retailer Atmos has worked with Clarks on the Wallabee in two new colorways for Holiday 2009. The iconic shoe comes in a red plaid/black suede and a green plaid/black suede colorway. Around the ankle they placed some black leather and contrasting stitching. The two Wallabees will be released on December 5th.

We’re showing these for emphasis. Desert Boots are huge this season. Clarks is the originator. Unless you want something really different look no further. Suede is the most classic, but as things begin to get wetter leather isn’t a bad option either. Images come from ripe, but these should be available wherever finer footwear is sold.

Once again Neighborhood has worked with Clarks for Fall/Winter 2009. This season the Japanese brand chose the classic Desert Boot. The boots come in beige and in black, featuring hand-drawn designs printed on the upper, whith give the shoes a DYI and vintage feel. The boots are coming to stores this month. hobo gets for the second season together with Clarks to work on their iconic Wallabee. The shoe comes in a premium brown leather version with hiking boot inspired eyelets and special collaboration hang tag. The shoe is now available through Ark.

This Fall has been a very strong season for the desert boot style across the board. Here we see the classic Desert Boot straight from the source at Clarks Originals. Offered in a rich, distressed grey suede, complete with “vintage” crepe sole, these bad boyz give the imitators a real run for their Benjamins. We’d like to say just feel the suede, but take our word for it – it’s butter soft. Limited edition deep purple with contrast white stitching so it looks almost like a dye job. In a good way. Today we can present you the October releases from the Neighborhood Fall/Winter 2009 “W.D.W.Y.F.W.” Collection. The Japanese brand presents a lot of strong product in this release, including shirts, t-shirts, pants, hoodies, jackets and also nice accessories.

Clarks worked with Japanese retailer Beauty & Youth by United Arrows on a special make-up of the classic desert boot. The boot comes in a thick beige corduroy, perfect for the colder months ahead of you.

Boston-based Concepts continues their long standing relationship with Clarks to create a new set of specialty product for the Concepts brand and store. The undeniably classic Clarks Wallabee has been given a modern high-end makeover by way of fine Italian patent leather. The latest set will be offered in three rich colors – Navy, Olive, and Eggplant. The Concepts logo is embossed on the heel, with a workmark branded into the crepe rubber sole. Available early September for 200 USD.

Once again Japanese brand hobo worked with Clarks Originals. The Desert Trek gets an interesting update in the form of a tazzled flap. This time it comes in a premium brown suede colorway with tonal stitching and rubber gum sole. The shoe is now available from the honeyee.store.
