Clarks Originals once again in conjunction with Concepts has collaborated on their interpretation of the Ashcott. This time around they went for a mix of durable canvas and vegetable tan leather accents on the upper of the timeless shoe. This is the first time the Ashcott has been made using canvas and is tied together nicely with a full grain leather insole. Concepts branding can be found on the tongue and heel tab. The Concepts Ashcott will be limited to 300 pairs each of the Black and Olive with only 200 pairs being produced of the Red. They will launch this upcoming Saturday, June 11th, at Concepts in Boston.

Based in Rochdale, Lancashire, British Millerain have been manufacturing high performance waxy leathers and oilskins since 1880. This season Clarks Originals have used a rich brown shade of their waxed leather, and added buttercup yellow laces and stitching, for great updates on both the Desert Boot and Wallabee.

We take an exclusive early look at the Clarks Desert Boot line up for Fall 2011. Beyond the previously previewed collab with Japanese label Loopwheeler, the line also includes gorgeous dark blue and burnt orange leather boots, alongside a unique “leaf-look” bull nubuck variation. Look for these in-stores for late August. Also of note for Clarks fans, they’ve just relaunched their site at www.clarksoriginals.com, so check that out if you have a spare minute.

This Spring, Supreme has joined forces with Clarks® to release a new style – the Desert Chukka. The shoe will feature a nubuck suede upper with a high grade leather heal detail. Furthermore it comes with a leather lining and in-sole with a crepe sole bottom. The Desert Chukka will be available in five different colorways made exclusively for Supreme.

The boots will be available in store and online on April 28th, with a Japanese release set for May 7th. In the US the boots go for 136 USD.

We take an early look at the new Clarks Originals Desert Trooper, releasing Fall/Winter 2011. The boot is based on the classic Desert Boot made famous by the brand, adding a more rugged outdoor sole to it. When the weather was getting really cold and snowy, you can now still stick to your Clarks. They will be released next season in three suede colorways.

Ronnie Fieg presents his latest work with Clarks Originals. He worked on the classic Desert Boot and presents it in a “slate blue” colorway. This time around a nice lookbook shoot was produced to introduce the new boots, featuring Theophilus London, the Saturday’s crew and Greg Weinstein. Priced at $92, 300 pairs of the Slate Blue Desert boots will be available this Friday, April 8th at the David Z flagship (556 Broadway 212.431.5450) as well as the Davidz.com website at 10am Est.

Hanon and Clarks Originals are at it again and worked on another two make-ups of the Ashcott low top shoe for Summer 2011.

Each model has a premium upper application of suedes and leathers by renowned tanner CF Stead, England. The suedes by Steads are shrunken in the tanning process so that a tighter nap is produced. Ultimately using less material, this method creates a premium lush material which is less prone to stretching, hairiness and general poor wear properties.Inspiration for both was drawn from outdoor wears using the collar and footbed to provide vibrant color pops, a continuing theme as seen from Hanon’s first Clarks release. Both styles feature contrasting tonal lace overlays and to sign things off each includes additional lace sets and dual branded leather hang tags.

The two shoes will be released from Hanon this coming Saturday, April 9th.

After revealing the Supreme x Vans Chukka ‘95 earlier today, we can now give you a first look at the collaboration between the New York brand and Clarks on the iconic desert boot. Supreme changed the ankle area of the original, as well as the eyelets, and presents the boots in a series of colorways for Spring/Summer 2011. The boots will be released May 2011, so we will hopefully be able to show you some more images soon. Via Shoes Master/Hypebeast.

A beautiful new version of the Clarks Originals Wallabee has released this past week. The classic shoe comes with a brown waxed cotton upper, contrasting leather trim and crepe outer sole. The shoe is now available from End (storeguide).

Another classic silhouette from Clark’s Originals, the Jink features a shape not dissimilar to the Desert Khan with it’s chukka style placket.  Details include a soft leather edging around the collar and a trimmed down crepe sole unit giving a slimmer profile than the Desert Khan.  The limited edition shoe comes in 4 colorways for Spring/Summer 2011 and is now available from Hanon.
