The Stussy Spring 2011 collection includes a guest artist series of tee shirts featuring artwork by Cody Hudson. Cody is a Chicago based artist who also serves as owner and creative director of the design firm Struggle Inc. The series consists of overall 6 t-shirts, all now available directly from Stussy.

Just the other day we presented the Chuck Taylor High by Parra, here comes now the Cody Hudson designed sneaker for Converse (RED).

“The artist has chosen to rework the classic Chuck Taylor High by giving it a full leather upper with embossed art print details. The contrasting red/blue laces and matching heel tab makes the shoe stands out more.”

With the end of the World Cup, the St. Alfred x Nike Sportswear Six Points space is gearing up to close down shop. The final project is a series of artist-designed soccer balls created by Cody Hudson, Mr. Cartoon, and Dzine that are the focus of a silent auction. Proceeds will be donated to the Urban Initiatives program, a local Chicago-based effort for helping youth succeed in society through the help of soccer. The auction is now underway and will finalize on July 17th at Six Points. Phone bids are accepted.

Chicago boutique St. Alfred is getting ready to release their Summer 2010 Collection. Next to strong graphic pieces in the collection, collaborations with Cody Hudson and Nike complement it. Also they produced soccer jerseys in collaboration with Nike, celebrating the St. Alfred x Nike Sportswear “Six Points” Pop-Up Store. Caps and keyrings complement the clothing offering.

The other day we showed you the Sixpack x Parra Collection, here now a look at the Sixpack x Cody Hudson “Geodesic Domestic” Collection, which is part of the Sixpack Spring/Summer 2009 Collection.

The line consists of four t-shirts, one featuring a glow-in-the-dark print, a windrunner jacket, a crewneck sweater and a hoodie.

Cody Hudson and Micheal Sieban are currently both being exhibited at the Fifty24SF gallery. As part of the show, they’ve both released new prints to the Upper Playground online store. Hudson has produced three prints. The "Skull Save," seen here and a duo titled "Tear the Fucking Club Up" and "I’m Not Going Back to Jail." His prints sell for75 each, and are sized at 16" x 20". Sieban has created four prints, selling at $30 each. His are 12" by 12" and named – respectively – "Bird Creeper," "Grin and Bearit," "This Land is My Land," and "Fine Art Mountains." A discount is available if all four prints are purchased.

With his most recent exhibition at the Fifty24SF Gallery in San Francisco, artist Cody Hudson also released a 96-page book entitled "Save My Life". Hudson has also released two new t-shirts that are featured designs from his book. The t-shirts are available for men and women. Centering on the theme of the human condition, Hudson’s latest body of work explores the concepts of both euphoria and impending doom.
The book and the t-shirts are now available from Upper Playground.

Over the past year we have continuously presented to you the progress of the Burton Artist Series 13. Today we can show you the remaining artists and their respective t-shirts, that participated in the project. Cody Hudson has designed a micro collection for French label Sixpack. The collection consists of t-shirts, crewneck sweaters and also some hoodies. Entitled "Very Moderne Kunst", the line is now available on the Sixpack site.
