Here comes the official t-shirt commemorating the exhibition of Todd James at colette in Paris. The exhibition opened its doors yesterday. The t-shirt was produced in collaboration with Stussy, who has already an extensive Todd James AKA Reas collaboration collection in stores now.

The Brickism exhibition, a collaboration between Wood Wood, Lego and a series of contemporary artists opened a couple of weeks ago in Copenhagen. From September 7th it will be on display at colette in Paris and for the occasion Wood Wood and colette got together on the “Brickism” t-shirt. The tee features the colette double dot logo, made up of Lego stones.

KAWS designed this limited edition Point Man pocket t-shirt to celebrate the first anniversary of the Original Fake corner at colette. This collaborative birthday tee is now available, exclusively at colette. Comes in three colors – white, black and heather grey.

Todd James AKA REAS has produced a nice little video teaser for his upcoming show at colette in Paris. The show opens on September 1rst, do not miss it!

Before the much anticipated opening of Uniqlo in Paris, the Japanese fashion retailer will be opening a temporary pop-up store at colette. The pop-up store will open its doors on August 31rst and will stay open until September 26th. The store will carry many exclusive items, such as the above “From Tokyo to colette” series.

The Leica C-Lux 3 digital camera comes in a special collaborative version with Parisian artist Andre and colette. The camerca comes in black and white and features an illustration by the artist on the front. Each colorway is limited to only 30 pieces and will be available soon in the colette online store.

Last week we reported on colette’s collaboration with Timberland on the classic 6″ boots. Today, we are offered an in depth look at all the details that set these Timbos apart from the standard issue wheat on wheats. Besides the obvious colette blue accents, the boots also feature a semi-worn look, collaborative leather hang tag and embossed colette tongue logo. Subtle changes go a long way. Available exclusively at colette in September. Limited to 40 pairs. 235 Euro retail (approx. $335 USD.)

colette has collaborated with Timberland on the classic 6″ boots. The boots come in typical Timberland beige tone and feature colette blue accents on the ankle padding and on the laces. Furthermore the boots feature a worked look on the toe box and the heel. A special collaborative hang tag comes on the boots. The colette font logo is featured prominently on the boot tongue. So far there is no word on a release date, but we will of course keep you posted.

Todd James aka REAS will be holding his first ever exhibition in Paris towards the end of the summer at colette. The artist who has already exhibited at V1 Gallery, Tate Museum Liverpool, Parco Gallery Tokyo and other high profile art spaces around the globe, will be exhibition at colette from August 31st until September 26th. Something to be looking forward to!

For Fall/Winter 2009 French label Sixpack has worked with Japanese artist Hajime Sorayama. The artist worked on a capsule collection for Sixpack, something that we are definitely looking forward to. Sorayama is best known for his robot women, which are also featured in the collection. The line consists of three t-shirts and a limited edition poster. Colette will be giving an exclusive preview of the collection on June 28th.
