We showed you the first bag from UNIV earlier in the week. It came from the re-vintage collection, using salvage fabrics and old school know how. The rest of the bag offerings for fall 2008 focus on quality materials and function. Three styles – the standard, miner and supply – with leather pulls and YKK zippers. Look for them at robust flavor.

After presenting you the Amongst Friends Fall 2008 New Era caps this morning, we give you a look at their collection today.

The brand has nicely established itself and takes an interesting direction in our mind. We would almost like to call it the Ralph Lauren of streetwear. What we mean by that, is that the brand sticks to classic silhouettes and pieces, adding minimal branding to it and thus making the entire collection very wearable. No piece is over-designed, and rather sticks out with smart details. The longsleeve polo shirts come with a patch logo on the chest and polka dot fabric on the collar and button line. Crewneck sweaters and t-shirts feature a diamond pattern and lots of pieces (sweaters, caps and belts) are nicely matched, making it easy to combine several pieces in the collection.

We like the way Amongst Friends is building the line from season to season and think they are an interesting brand in the market, somebody to look out for. They show once again that pieces that are overall simple, can still stick out and be noticed.

BMX roots play out in the fall 2008 collection from The Shadow Conspiracy. Aside from technical goods, like gloves and pads, the brand also features everything from socks to bags. All are geared towards the sport, and offer features that expand their potential beyond the basics. We’ve already shown you the collaboration with Black Lightening, and it remains a highlight.

After recently showing you first pieces of the Huf Fall 2008 collection, we show you today part of their t-shirt line-up of the new collection.

Huf presents a nice line-up, consisting of both subtle pocket t-shirts and baseball tees, as well as more bold graphic tees, while the collection keeps an overall clean look, with prints mostly staying black/white.

After showing you first images of the WTAPS Autumn/Winter 2008 collection a couple of weeks ago, we present you today a further look at the line, entitled "Red Dawn".

As usual the brand presents a series of strong outerwear pieces, this season playing with Gore-Tex, leather and also fur. Also nice colors appear in the new line, not sticking to black and white, like one sees so often. A good mix of classic pieces and more attention seeking pieces make up the new collection. Once again a very exciting collection, that we cannot wait to get into stores for.

After recently showing you the first Undefeated Fall 2008 arrivals at their Japanese Chapter Stores, we can today give you a preview of the Drop 1.0 in the Undefeated US Chapter Stores.

The store/brand will be releasing t-shirts, hoodies, beanies, as well as some New Era caps. The goods will be released September 20th, at all US Chapter Stores and also in the Undefeated online store.

Some new pieces of the Head Porter Fall/Winter 2008 collection have been released. Next to some solid knitwear, v-neck sweaters and cardigans, one of the nicest work shirts that we have seen all season has dropped. The new Stussy Deluxe Fall 2008 Collection is starting to get into stores. A nice range of shirts, jackets, denim and other types of tops is available as of this weekend at Proper.

Stussy Deluxe takes a nice direction and certainly offers a good alternative to other casual lines. In our mind in terms of communication the brand still has some work to do, in order to justify their elevated prices.

The Ransom Fall 2008 collection will be released on September 19th. With the date coming near we can give you a look at the new collection, which once again looks really good. The Canadian style and influence on the collection is definitely apparent, which we enjoy very much. 

Favorite include the M-65 jackets that come with matching chinos, both featuring (the pants as well) plaid linings. Also a nice set of 5-panel caps (waxed cotton, cotton and plaid) are part of the collection and some other interesting accessories. The collection is very round, with every piece building up on another, making it especially easy to match pieces together. Pics via Matt George.

First pieces of the Resonate Goodenough Fall/Winter 2008 collection are getting to stores. This first drop consists of some nice solid t-shirts, as well as button down shirts. As usual taking their inspiration from classics, the Japanese brand adds some of their own flavor to it, creating an overall interesting mix. Via Nos.
