Aside from The Beatles x Comme des Garcons collaboration collection, Dover Street Market will also be launching soon the new X-Mas Campaign of the Japanese brand, entitled “Jingle Flowers” this season. The collection consists of a bunch of extremely varied products including Artek chairs, Snowballs, Superga sneakers, Medicom Bearbricks, DSM flower bottle perfume, and a range of T-shirts, wallets and fluo sweaters in collaboration with various artists such as Paul Morrison and Donald Sultan. Last but not least, they will also release the first ever Rei Kawakubo designed Barbie Dress.

The products will be available at DSM from November 27th. Take a closer look at the line-up after the jump.

After a small preview a couple of weeks ago, we can give you a complete look at the first drop of The Beatles x Comme des Garcons Collection. The drop includes a series of bags, t-shirts, as well as dress shirts. The first collection of this long term project will be released at Dover Street Market on November 27th.

Comme  des Garcons Junya Watanabe MAN worked with The North Face on a couple of pieces for Fall/Winter 2009. Complementing their hunting and outdoor inspired offering of the season, they produced in collaboration with The North Face a vest in several colorways, as well as two coats. The North Face logos are embroidered tonal and nice details include cordoroy and leather patches through out the collection. The pieces are now available from Reinforce.

Today we get an early look at one product and the direction of the upcoming Comme des Garcons x Beatles collection.

“In fact, the logo of Apple Corps Ltd. — the London-based company that manages the legacy and musical catalogue of the British band — sits next to Kawakubo’s signature polkadots on a range of travel bags, the core of the collection, along with shirts and T-shirts.

Priced from around $115 for a T-shirt up to $860 for the most expensive bag, The Beatles/Comme des Garçons label is to launch Nov. 20 in Tokyo at the Trading Museum, a new Comme store concept in the Gyre building. Dover Street Market, Kawakubo’s multibrand emporium in London, is to host the British launch on Nov. 27, with a further commercial rollout planned for 2010.” Via WWD.

We take a closer look at some new items from the Comme des Garcons SHIRT Fall/Winter 2009 Collection. The brand presents some new coats, shirts, as well as some new knitwear. We especially like the toggle coat and the patchwork shirt. The knitwear also looks very interesting. The goods are now available at Tres Bien.

Announced earlier this year, first sneakers from the Tretorn x Comme des Garcons collaboration have been released. So far they have come out with black and grey, low and high top Polka Dot sneakers. They used the classic Tretorn canvas styles as a base. The outcome is nothing impressive, yet also nothing that you can go wrong with. The sneakers are now available from Farfetch.

As part of their collaborative store project with Vogue Japan, entitled Magazine Alive, Comme des Garcons has worked with Paris studio Kuntzel & Geygas and their characters Caperino & Peperone on a series of t-shirts. The outcome are three t-shirts, each featuring the characters in black on white. They are now available for purchase at Bobos.

Some fantastic new releases from the Junya Watanabe Fall/Winter 2009 Collection have been released today. The hunting/workwear inspired collection continues to impress. In this release new down vests have released, along with some very nice jackets and shirts. The vests and jackets come with premium leather details and enforcements, as well as typical outdoor fabrics, including gingham, herringbone and plaid. The new pieces are now available at colette.
