Some fantastic new releases from the Junya Watanabe Fall/Winter 2009 Collection have been released today. The hunting/workwear inspired collection continues to impress. In this release new down vests have released, along with some very nice jackets and shirts. The vests and jackets come with premium leather details and enforcements, as well as typical outdoor fabrics, including gingham, herringbone and plaid. The new pieces are now available at colette.

In celebration Dover Street Market’s 5th Anniversary, COMME des GARÇONS has created a new perfume with packaging design by CdG founder and lead creative, Rei Kawakubo. According to Number 3, “it’s an unusually modern woody fragrance.” They believe it’s going to be a classic. Try it for yourself beginning October 2009 at DSM London and other select COMME des GARÇONS dealers.

The fashion illusion theme continuous through-out the entire Comme des Garcons Fall/Winter 2009 Collection. We already showed you a shirt of the series, here come now the t-shirts and bags. The tote bags feature other bags drawn on the upper. We especially like the t-shirts, which have been given the look of actual shirts and cardigans.

We have always liked the twists of Japanese brands on classic wear. Comme des Garcons has released this new Waistcoat Effect shirt, which combines a classic striped shirt with a waistcoat, giving the effect of actually wearing both. The shirt is now available at Browns.

Junya Watanabe is never shy of a collaboration and features every season several of them in his collections. Also the designer is very loyal to the collaborators and usually works with them on many collections. Therefore we present you with not much surprise the Fall/Winter 2009 collaborations of the eYe Junya Watanabe Comme des Garcons label.

They once again worked with Brooks Brothers on some shirts, with The North Face on jackets, with Dickies on pants, with Baracuta on more jackets, with Lacoste on shirts and with New Balance on some sneakers. This is all product to look forward to!

Once again some new collaborative t-shirts are coming from Comme des Garcons and 10 Corso Como. This time they present a pink and a mint green tee, both featuring the collaborative logo that we have seen on lots of product already in recent years. Via Milk.

After presenting you last week the Tricker’s collaboration shoes and boots, as well as the Levi’s denim, we show you today some of the fantastic jackets of the collection, along with some t-shirts. The jackets strictly follow the hunting and fishing theme of the line and aside from solid colors and material combinations, also feature a good amount of heritage functionality. The long standing collaboration between Junya Watanabe Comme des Garcons and Levi’s continues for Fall/Winter 2009. The designer applied lots of leather and plaid patches to the denim, infusing the hunting and fishing theme that we have seen through-out the entire collection, into the classic denim. This season they present a 505 and a 503 model, both available now at Deepinside Inc.

In collaboration with Tricker’s, Junya Watanabe Comme des Garcons presents a new low suede shoe as part of their Fall/Winter 2009 Collection. Yesterday we showed you the matching boots, here now the low cut version. The shoe is perfect for the colder times this season and the color is well chosen, making it easy to match. The shoe is now available at colette.
