Boston, Los Angeles and New York residents can rep their cities proudly with this new Converse Chuck Taylor premium city pack. Three different colors representative of each of these major US cities are now available exclusively at Converse’s web store. Each shoe is comprised of a premium tumbled leather and features details such as the cities’ names on the sole.

Converse celebrates the new Chinese year with a series of sneakers. Included in the capsule line are the classic Chuck Taylor, Chuck Taylor Workboot, the Jack Purcell and the One Star. Some more subtle than others, the collection is overall pretty strong, featuring premium materials, graphics and other nice details.

Earlier today we presented the Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Hi from the Year of the Dragon Pack. It looks like there will also be two Chuck Taylor All Star Lows coming out of the same series. One features a red upper, the other one a black upper, and they also feature the tonal dragon design all over the upper. For a themed sneaker these came out rather subtle, which we appreciate. Look out for these new Converse releases soon.

With the release of the Bedwin & The Heartbreakers x Converse Chuck Taylor All Star getting closer, we take a better look at the collaborative sneaker. Bedwin gave the sneaker a premium black suede upper, light grey logo patch, red logo tag on the heel and they also added a side zipper to the classic high top sneaker.

The Bedwin and Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Hi will release on December 3rd, 2011.

Denim on sneakers is something that can come out really nice, yet also something that can turn out pretty bad. In the case of the upcoming Spring 2012 Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Premium Denim Pack, things have been done right. Consisting of both low top and high top versions of the iconic sneaker, Converse applied washed out premium denim fabrics to the upper in a series of colors. That matched up with leather toe caps, leather details on the front of the sole and waxed laces, makes for a well executed premium sneaker pack, that you we look forward to. (Via FreshnGood)

Same silhouette, classic design, but a little more rugged and equipped for the cold days – the Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Hi Leather Boot. It comes in brown with off white sole and in all black this season, and features next to the outdoor sole, also a Thinsulate lining.

Here comes the real winter version of the Converse Chuck Taylor All Star. Converse Japan presents the All Star Natarb Hi, which comes with canvas uppers, suede toe cap and a thick fur lining that bursts out on all edges and corners. It comes in two colorways and releases November 2011.

Today, Converse announces the launch of the Kicks Hawaii for Converse Chuck Taylor All Star shoe for Holiday 2011. This limited edition shoe marks Converse’s third collaboration with Kicks Hawaii. This special tiger camouflage version of the Chuck Taylor All Star shoe also marks the boutique’s 10th anniversary.

A recurring motif since the boutique opened, the tiger shark which is native to the waters of the islands, is featured in the store’s logo. For their anniversary collaboration, Kicks Hawaii chose to subtly reference the tiger shark by using a special tiger camouflage pattern to adorn the upper of the shoe.

The shoe’s olive, tan and brown tiger camouflage pattern is pin-point laser-printed on the upper, tongue and toe cap. Keeping the design clean, Kicks Hawaii uses traditional white Chuck Taylor All Star rubber sidewalls, yet with a fresh, subtle pop of orange on the shoe’s outsole, lining and on a triangle of leather gracing the left shoe’s tongue.

The sneakers will be released on October 22nd 2011, at Kicks Hawaii in Honolulu and Guam and St. Alfred in Chicago and will retail for 70 USD.

Another highlight is coming from Converse Japan – the All Star D-Boots Hi. Once again they manage to give the classic Chuck Taylor All Star an entirely new look. Inspired by the classic Duck Boot, the All Star Hi comes in a mix of canvas and leather in three colorways. The above tartan plaid/beige suede version is our favorite. The sneaker will release November 2011.

For Fall/Winter 2011 CLOT gets together with Converse on the iconic Chuck Taylor All Star Low. As part of the collaboration, the sneaker is offered up in two colorways, using suede and canvas on the upper, tonal branding on the tongue and heel, resulting in overall very clean looking and easy to wear sneakers. The simplicity of these is almost unexpected by CLOT, who are known for their mostly more attention seeking designs in the past.
