Soulland, a rather young label, is slowly starting to make bigger moves in the market. The label, which is based in Copenhagen, has strong locals that inspire. With Wood Wood and Henrik Vibskov, two of the most recognized labels out of Denmark, Soulland is in good company.
Thus when you look at the labels development you also do see a trend towards more individuality and sophistication. When you still had the impression the label was taking the regular streetwear route with printed t-shirts and hoodies, in recent collections the brand has shown that there is much more to them. We see them in the future take a position in the market such Wood Wood, a mix of streetfashion and high-end fashion or maybe you just want to call it taylored streetfashion.
After the jump you can take a closer look at their current Fall/Winter 2007 collection. We already saw their Spring collection at the Copenhagen Fashion Week and that’s where the true personality of the brand really gets out! A label to watch!

Last week the first t-shirts of the new Wood Wood Autumn/Winter 2007 collection released. Today we present you a full scope of the new collection, as it is getting into stores now.
Wood Wood is an interesting brand as they really carved out their very own place in the market and are hard to compare with anybody else. They have managed to be respected by the streetwear community as well as the more fashionable scene and their collection is essentially a genius mix between the two. Their own stores in Copenhagen perfectly translate that – you see the Acronym Jacket hanging next to a Nike t-shirt, next to a Comme des Garcons Cardigan. As usual they present interesting graphic patterns in their new collection that are used as all-over designs on hoodies and to set accents on other pieces.
All in all a good collection with many nice pieces. Wood Wood also collaborated this season with Penfield on a nice down jacket. That we will present you in detail very soon. Until then check out the Wood Wood Autumn/Winter 2007 collection after the jump.
