Three colors from the Nike Sportswear FW10 Cortez pack (actually two plus a never-before-seen navy) have landed at Concepts. Grab one or all three now, and get your George Costanza on.

Nike continues to work on the classic Cortez sneaker for FW10. Playing with the successful nylon make ups we’ve been seeing of late, the Swoosh cranks out a batch of five worthwhile color ups. Look for these at select Nike accounts in the coming months.

The Nike Cortez Nylon is a modern update of the original 1972 track-runner. The nylon and leather upper keeps the shoe light on your feet while the classic herringbone outsole helps you stand your ground. This black on black color up is now available from Well Gosh.

As ugly as it may be to some, this is one of the styles that defined the Nike brand early on. The Cortez is a true Nike Classic, offered here in a very basic white and red, complete with fat  swoosh (though perforated in this case) and jagged sole. We’re willing to bet even George Costanza could get down with these. Now available at Japan’s mita and very shortly elsewhere.

The Nike Cortez Flymotion will be released in a new colorway. The updated Cortez comes with a clean white upper, featuring the Flywire technology and the mid-sole and sole bring some color into the mix, highlighting the Free sole of the sneaker. Look out for a release soon.

We get a detailed look at the Nike Sportswear Fall 2009 Cortez. The classic sneaker has made a solid comeback in recent months, especially after releasing the updated Cortez Flymotion. For Fall 2009 the Cortez comes in nylon versions, Flymotion versions, as well all classic leather looks.

The Nike Classic Cortez Nylon comes for Summer 2009 in three new refreshing colorways – orange, blue and salmon. All three feature a nylon/suede upper with white Swoosh and accents on the mid-sole, laces and lining.

Even though Nike introduced the Flywire technology to the Cortez, they are still bringing out the sneaker in its classic nylon outfit, which we are glad about, since it looks completely different from the new Flymotion version. For Summer 2009 the Classic Cortez Nylon comes in three colorways – black/white, orange/white and black/pink. All three are now available at Mita.

A nice and clean new colorway of the Nike Cortez Flymotion has been released. Coming with an all white upper and black accents, this new lightweight version of the classic Cortez is perfect for the summer. It is now available at Atmos.
