By now most of you should know that Alexander McQueen has made the skull a trademark of his, featured on clothing, footwear, as well as accessories. As part of the Fall/Winter 2010 Collection the brand has released skull cufflinks, coming in black, silver and gold, with all skulls featuring rhinestone eyes. These are now available in the official Alexander McQueen online store.

Most of you know the artworks by UK superstar artist Damien Hirst involving pills. Now the artist has released sterling silver cufflinks.

“Damien Hirst’s bespoke pill cufflinks derive from his Pharmacy body of work as solid silver tablets and capsules. They are engraved with the HIrst/Hirst logo and are hallmarked. The pills are presented in a black leather box with a black satin interior which is also stamped with the Hirst/Hirst and Other Criteria logos.”

The cufflinks are now available from Other Criteria.

Matching the necklace that we recently presented to you, we give you a look here at the upcoming Lanvin Spring/Summer 2010 graffiti tag cufflinks. These are definitely a nice eyecatcher and different from most of what is out there. Look out for a release early next year. Via Selectism.

The boys at Lanvin take their penchant for quirky details one step further. Whilst their sneakers have been met with great accolades from the streetwear set, Lanvin’s menswear is decidedly more fanciful. These sneaker-centric tie pins and cufflinks attempt to bridge that gap.. we can’t quite decide whether or not they’ve succeeded, but it’s an interesting move nonetheless.
