London’s Goodhood store presents the first product in their new Household Goods series. They produced a printed canvas cushion, featuring a graphic made up of their signature font. The cushion is now available.

Constructed from sculpted forms of moulded plywood, the DCW chair was designed by Ray and Charles Eames in 1946 to comfortably fit the body. These now iconic pieces of furniture have endured to become mid-century modern day classics.

ilovedust have sought to complement the chair’s aesthetic integrity with a tailor-made design drawing inspiration from the relationship between the designers. Based on a dialogue conducted between Ray and Charles during the unveiling of the chair on the Arlene Francis ‘Home’ show broadcast in 1956, each chair has a unique pattern pertaining to one of the designers. The chairs tell a his and hers story with different quotes from each designer and draw heavily on graphics of the time, producing an overall 1950s aesthetic and enhancing one of the most recognisable and prolific pieces of modern design. Each pattern was carefully applied by hand, making these exclusive classics a must-have one of a kind.

The design also runs across a limited edition set of green and blue printed cushions. As a final addition, a specially commissioned hand-screened print is available to buy.

New product from the WTAPS Spring/Summer 2009 Collection has been released. The delivery comes with lots of leopard print pieces. The pattern is featured on shorts, shirts, as well as several accessories, such as a wallet and cushions. The new product is now available at SlamJam.

Playing with the metallic theme, the brand has released gold and silver backpacks, as well as metal keychains. Furthermore a Baby Milo cushion and a Bape candy can has been released. The newst accessories from the Original Fake and Gallery 1950 collaboration are the Circle Teeth “Chompers” Cushion and the Beads “X Eyes” Cushion. The circle teeth cushion is thin and comes in two colorways, made to be placed on chairs and benches. The beads cushion acts as a chair itself. The cushions are part of the Original Fake Spring/Summer 2009 Collection.
