The David Beckham Bodywear Collection for H&M will release at H&M stores around the globe on February 2nd, 2012. Today they launched the above commercial for the release of the collaboration collection.

Here comes one of the most interesting footwear additions to the adidas Originals by David Beckham Spring/Summer 2012 Collection. With the adidas Originals DB Mega Torsion Flex Climacool, co-creators David Beckham and James Bond prove once again that performance need not sacrifice style. Built with a breathable open mesh upper based on the popular ClimaCool Runner 1, this training shoe puts increased flex and cushioning in a lightweight package with the latest Mega Torsion outsole.

The sneaker comes in black and the above shown bright orange, which looks great for the summer months.

Here is the full new lookbook for the adidas Originals by David Beckham Spring/Summer 2012 Collection. Created in collaboration with Undefeated co-owner James Bond, the collection once again perfectly fuses technical sportswear and casual fashion, resulting in an easy to wear and sophisticated line. Basic at first sight, yet always in premium quality and with the right details.

David Beckham and James Bond continue to present appealing new versions of the late 80s adidas runner for Spring/Summer 2012. The ZX 800 DB returns this season in a great white/off-white/neon yellow and grey/neon red colorway. We always like a solid base with a bit of a color hit, similar to the Nike Running Black Pack, that we just showed yesterday.

The sneakers will release February 2012.

After the initial announcement, we can present today the first David Beckham Bodywear Collection by H&M. Underwear is never easy to shop, at least in our opinion. Most of the time we end up buying it from Uniqlo and other fast fashion retailers. As cheesy as this Beckham collaboration might come across at first, we have to admit that the outcoming collection looks very solid. T-shirts, longsleeves, boxers, broefs and more are featured in the overall 9 piece debut collection. Everything is kept in white, black and grey, with only the collection’s logo tag distracting from the otherwise very clean design. The line is much more premium than what you would usually find in the H&M underwear/bodywear department and thus actually makes it a pretty good first attempt for us. Similar to his on-going collaboration with James Bond and adidas, Beckham offers up a premium, timeless collection, that we cannot hate on.

Swedish mass retailer H&M has announced today that they have entered into a long-term agreement with soccer star David Beckham and that they will be working on a bodywear range with him.

“The long-term alliance will allow David Beckham to produce and exclusively sell his eagerly awaited new DAVID BECKHAM bodywear line in around 1800 H&M stores in around 40 countries worldwide. It marks the beginning of a significant relationship between H&M and David Beckham, with new Bodywear products being launched seasonally. The initial range will be launched to coincide with Valentine’s Day 2012 from February 2nd.”

More news to come on this as the line becomes available.

In addition to the Forest Hills Mid DB and ZX800 updates for the Fall/Winter 2011 season, David Beckham and James Bond (of Undefeated) also worked on the Supersaddle 80s. Casual, sporty and refined, the Beckham Supersaddle 80s sneakers take on the cold with canvas and suede uppers, leather sockliners, sandwich mesh tongues, and leather laces. Available August 2011 at select adidas Originals accounts.

The Forest Hills Mid was updated for the Fall/Winter 2011 season by adidas Originals, David Beckham and Undefeated founder James Bond. The iconic adidas silhouette is updated with a new mid-cut upper and neoprene liner. Hitting stores for August 2011 in white or black.
