DC Life Spring 2010 Admiral Sport Preview

The homie Hommy from DC Life sent over some beauty shots of two forthcoming Admiral Sport styles. Reworking the popular Admiral, we see color stories that take inspiration from DC’s heritage navy and white logo. Material choices focus on full grain panache boot finish leather and velvet suede lining. The dramatic, oversized tongue also features a stash pocket for your goods. The first Spring 2010 delivery includes the whites pictured above alongside a darker variation seen below.

DC Rob Dyrdek Collection | RD-0915AW
Rad Collector has looks at Rob Dyrdek’s new DC collection, RD-0915AW. “It’s hard to believe that it took 14 years to happen, although he probably planned it that way, but Rob Dyrdek is launching his first full apparel, accessory and footwear line with DC this fall. The RD0915AW collection, which is flipped from the branding on Dyrdek’s first DC shoe, includes custom fit skate denim, a lightweight zip fleece, T-shirts, hats, wallets, a leather jacket, and Rob’s 15th footwear model, the RD1 Mid.” Interesting to see a nod to the Common Projects-style heel branding from the skate market. Hits stores October 1st, 2009.

Take a look at the full apparel collection here.

DC Artist Project Series | SSUR

dc artist project 2008 ssur 1 DC Artist Project Series | SSUR

DC is proud to announce that it has teamed with New York artist SSUR for its third collaboration in the DC Artists Projects™ Series. The SSUR III Artist Projects™ shoe will launch November 1, 2008.

“An Eye for an Eye Leaves the Whole World Blind”—that’s the ominous warning running throughout SSUR’s third project with DC. When designing the first half of the project, SSUR III, the artist featured a military thematic as a cautionary tale against war. Earthy and dark greens, blacks and browns set off orange color hits. As with all the other Artist Projects™ he’s done with DC so far, “PAY ME” is stamped across the lace holders.

An all in all solid Fall/Winter sneaker in nice colors is coming from the third DC Artist Project x SSUR collaboration. After the recent Aaron Rose collaboration, this makes yet another strong shoe. Look out for the release this weekend at select retailers.

Detailed images follow after the jump.
