Luxury Japanese department store Isetan is celebrating its 150th anniversary. For the occasion they have the Isetan UK Weeks, offering special product from the UK in their store. Dover Street Market, the Comme des Garcons concept store in London, was invited to offer a selection of products at Isetan, and as part of that selection also a new Comme des Garcons x Visvim collaboration will be offered.
This time the two Japanese brands got together to work on the FBT. They made three colorways of it, featuring an all-over print reading “Marketing Machine”. Definitely a refreshing take of the otherwise very simple Visvim shoes and something one would not have expected.
The Dover Street Market Isetan products will be offered until March 31rst. Via Openers.

After the recent project of Kaws with Comme des Garcons, now follows a t-shirt collaboration with Dover Street Market. Same style as the previous collaboration, the t-shirts feature a Kaws character holding up the Dover Street Market sign. They will be available as of March 19th in 3 colorways.

The Dover Street Market online store has been updated and next to the Comme des Garcons 8 88 scent, they also sell the candle now. Also the Monocle x Comme des Garcons scent, that we presented to you a while ago, is now available for purchase.

As part of the AF1 Silver Service installation at Dover Street Market, the Wilson Brothers (Ben and Oscar) have created a traditionally lugged, steel–framed fixed wheel bicycle. This bespoke, hand-crafted piece draws inspiration from the track and captures the essence of what’s happening on the streets today. The bicycle has been added to the curation at Dover Street Market which celebrates 25 years of the iconic Air Force 1. Via Sneaker Freaker.

Just yesterday we started reporting about the 2008 fluo color trend. Fred Perry and Dover Street Market are as usual on the fore front and just released a series of fluo polo shirts in collaboration. Overall they offer 5 colors in this series, each one featuring both the Fred Perry and the Dover Street Market logos embroidered on the chest.

LA based jewelry company Chrome Hearts and Comme des Garcons got together for a small collaborative collection. The collection consists of jewelry, shirts and t-shirts. Designed by Rei Kawakubo and Chrome Hearts the collection is now available at Dover Street Market.

Just in time for the Christmas Season, Dover Street Market London is launching Sparkling Party, a range of special products. Among them also the Comme des Garcons x Kaws collaboration products, that recently launched at Colette. There are also special pieces by Chrome Hearts in the line-up and of the Comme des Garcons “Play” Collection.
Kaws also decorated Dover Street Market with similar artwork that you see on the goods of their collaboration. Furthermore Dover Street Market will release the Gap (Product) Red collection on December 1rst. Once again Visvim gets together with Dover Street Market and Comme des Garcons on a collaborative project. There will be two items released for this project including a Visvim Kiefer and a button up shirt. The Visvim Kiefer comes in three colorways and the shirt with some interesting orange accents. Dover Street Market London has now received the new collections of their main designers including Comme des Garcons, Comme des Garcons Plus, Junya Watanabe. Also they are opening for this season a new Undercover space and a new Comme des Garcons x Visvim Shirt space, which is definitely something to look out for!
