As part of their on-going partnership, DQM and Vans presents a new series of caps and beanies for Holiday 2011. The cap collection includes three five panel snapbacks in two colors each, and two camp caps in three colors each. As for the beanies they made two styles, in three colors each. All new caps and beanies are now available from the Vans DQM General Store and online.

This collaboration just shows again how valuable the right collaborator for a brand can be. DQM infuses great design and taste into the Vans accessories, unseen for the most part before from Vans in-house releases.

The Vans DQM General will be releasing the First Issue of DQM for Vans footwear this Friday, 25 November at 10am.

The three shapes, an Era in oxblood, a Chukka Decon in military green and a Mid Skool ’77 in vegetable tanned premium leather, feature minimal branding with premium leather flag labels, round leather laces and custom military style print on the tongue. Each style is lined in a custom camouflage printed and washed ripstop. The Vans DQM General logo is printed in gold foil on the leather insole, and this release introduces the signature DQM for Vans navy heel tab. 96 pairs per style will be available, with each pair being individually numbered on the tongue.

The General First Issue will be available exclusively at The Vans DQM General and online from DQM.

Very recently we gave you a look at a down shirt from Crescent Down Works and DQM, and it looks as if their partnership does not end there. Also for this season, we find that the two brands have also worked together on this waxed cotton Montagne parka available in black and tan. The jacket is in stock now at the DQM online shop.

There’s been a real influx of down filled shirt releases over the last week or so, which is no surprise given the time of year, but this one from DQM and Crescent Down Works is probably one of the nicer ones available at the moment. Available in green and blue, these down shirts have some nice details such as contrasting colored lining and a custom denim shirt collar. These classic looking down shirts will be available through DQM on November 17th.

The Vans Era is one of those unfadeable shoes that no matter how many times you see a different version, they still look fresh. The Vans California collection drops these Wool Era 59s in grey and navy for this Holiday season and they’re hitting retailers such as DQM now.

Having opened only a couple of months ago, here comes now the first footwear project by Vans and DQM for their Vans DQM General Store retail location.

They keep it clean and classic for this one, having included Chukka Decon, Midskool 77 and the Era. Taken from the Vans California Collection, all three sneakers come in tonal all premium leather uppers, with a Vans DQM General Store logo embossed in gold on the in-sole. The Chukka Decon and the Midskool 77 also feature a camo lining and all three come with leather laces. Limited to 96 pairs each, look out for a release in the coming weeks at the store in NYC.

Vans is so heavy in footwear that it can be easy to overlook their product outside of shoes, but these bags are something you can’t gloss over. DQM has picked up some of the Holiday 2011 bags and they are currently available via their DQM for Vans General Store. Seen here is a backpack with an interesting Fall leaves motif, a duffle, and a black messenger bag looking backpack.

DQM presents a fantastic lookbook for Fall 2011, modeled after an old-school photography manual, including every little detail that one could think of. We appreciate the original way of presenting their new Fall 2011 line, which consists this season of nice woven shirts, fleece pieces, jackets, t-shirts and as usual a solid choice of caps.
