Today Nike SB has announced the official collaboration between Eric Koston and Kobe Bryant on the first signature pro-model to come from Nike SB for Koston – the Eric Koston 1.

“In celebration of Eric Koston’s first signature shoe with NIKE Skateboarding, 5 time NBA World Champion Kobe Bryant and Street Skateboarding Innovator Eric Koston have bridged two LA schoolyard sports — basketball and skateboarding. It is undeniable that both basketball and skateboarding have many parallels. Kobe and Eric have given you the best of both worlds and developed a shoe that will look good on the board or in the paint.

The Kobe x Koston is a disruptive yet stylish combination of the Kobe VI upper and Eric Koston’s game changing lo ride cupsole construction with LUNARLON technology. Each pair comes with a custom humidor including signature Nike Eric Koston golf balls and a suede shoe bag.

Today we can give you a look at the first three colorways of the upcoming Eric Koston Pro Model by Nike SB – the Nike SB Eric Koston 1. The low top sneaker with inserted Lunarlon sole will come in red/tiffany, black/silver and royal blue/gold.

After already showing you the black colorway of the forthcoming Eric Koston One from Nike SB, we can now show you two more colors for Fall 2011. Available in aqua and navy suede, the sneaker features the same seamless Swoosh, Lunarlon insole and cupsole construction we’ve highlighted in the past. Overall a solid looking shoe. We look forward to skating a pair.

Today we get a first detailed look at the first pro model sneaker from Nike SB and Eric Koston. The low top sneaker comes in a black/grey colorway with a Lunar in-sole, which we have revealed already a while back. All in all a very clean looking skate shoe, that will for sure find its fans.
