We present the line-up of the upcoming Etnies Plus Holiday 2011 Collection. As usual the brand offers a range of subtle silhouettes, inspired by classic footwear, featuring premium materials and minimalist branding. The new range includes several low tops, a high top sneaker and a boot, each coming in a series of colorways later this year.

etnies Plus collaborated with the The Lovewright Co. on two new colorways of their super dope Califas Boots for Fall 2011. Though the above wheat color is our favorite, the black tumbled leather with blue accents (seen in our gallery) would make for a solid fall footwear choice as well. Look for these after summer’s end.

The much anticipated collaboration between etnies Plus and New York brand Mighty Healthy is hitting stores this week. Together they “created a pack of shoes with two different purposes in mind. The “Califas” boot is designed for harsh winters, whereas the low top “Guild” takes a more dress inspired approach. Each style has its own personality which can be dressed up or down depending on individual style.”

While the low top comes in three colorways, the high top boot will only become available in the above version. Look out for the shoe pack at better boutiques now.

As Pierre-Andre Senizergues’ (world championship skateboarder and owner/CEO of etnies) first pro model shoe, the Senix has been revamped decades later as part of the etnies Plus Fall 2010 collection. This season, the PAS Senix Mid comes in black or grey and features suede uppers, with a pressed wool collar and waxed laces. Now available at etnies Plus retailers worldwide.

etnies Plus collaborated with artist and “Palm Graphics” founder Koji Toyoda on two sneakers. The etnies RSS High and etnies RSS both feature canvas uppers adorned with Koji Toyoda’s artwork. “The feeling of his art is inspired from surfing, and he describes surfing as the guidepost of his life. He has also made about 100 collaboration tees with Beams. He regularly exhibits his art at the International Surfing Museum in Huntington Beach, California.” Look for these at select etnies Plus accounts soon.

The collaboration consists of the RSS and the RSS Hi, both coming with canvas uppers and extensive graphics all over the upper. Contrary to what you may have heard, the etnies Rebel Skate Pack is not a collaboration – it’s a tribute to the brand’s skate heritage, pulling influence from early styles such as the Ice Man. etnies Plus sent over some official images of their upcoming collaboration with seminal LA-based streetwear label Freshjive. The simple Junior mid-top sneaker was revamped in tonal black with two material choices – leather or canvas. Branding is kept to a minimum with a small Freshjive tag on the tongue. A release party takes place on Saturday, August 29th at Reserve. The photography of Herman Leonard will be on display at the release, accompanied by a performance by Joey Altruda and his Cocktail Crew.

We bring you another highlight from the Outerspace show in Barcelona. At the Etnies booth we came across this upcoming collaborative pack of sneakers between Etnies Plus and Rebel Skate. The two brands worked on two sneakers, a high top and a low top, both coming in black/white with the Rebel Skate logo plastered all-over, either in the form of print or embossed. Furthermore details are placed on the inner sole, as well as on the tongue and mid-sole. Look out for a release Spring/Summer 2010.

After recently releasing a collaborative watch with Nooka, and putting out their newest issue with artwork by André, LTD Mag is at it again and now worked with Etnies Plus on a sneaker coop.

The Etnies Plus x LTD Mag Weldon sneaker comes with a black/grey camo pattern on the upper, which has been printed on a layer of reflective material. The premium leather and patent leather are a nice finish. Limited to only 300 pairs worldwide, the sneaker will be released at premium boutiques on March 15th.
