We give you a look at the Freshjive Fairfax Summer ‘08 Collection. Freshjive launched the sub-line last year, taking inspiration from Fairfax Avenue in LA and its surroundings. In the mean-time the line has grown from just t-shirts and New Era caps to also include some cut & sew pieces. 
The collection will be released exclusively at Reserve LA soon.

After presenting you in the previous post the New Era caps of the new Freshjive Fairfax Spring/Summer ‘08 collection, we give you here a look at the t-shirts. As usual there is a clear identification of the design with the environment of Fairfax in Los Angeles.

Freshjive has introduced their Fairfax collection, an homage to the street in Los Angeles, first last year. Now they have released the Fairfax Spring/Summer ‘08 collection New Era caps. They present a large line-up of canvas, perforated suede and all-over print caps in this drop. Now available at Reserve.

We came across some pictures of a massive Crooks & Castles billboard, which has been placed on Fairfax in Los Angeles, right above the SLB store, advertising their newly opened flagship store on Melrose. Pic via Mr. Kim Says.

Here is something a little unexpected. House Of Cassette will be opening an experimental store of Fairfax. The official opening celebration is actually today.

Definitely another good spot to hit up when you are around Fairfax!

Here you see one of the latest Five Four Viral Marketing initiatives. The idea was good and it’s definitely fun to watch. They go all over the place in LA, pass by Robertson Boulevard, Rodeo Drive and also Fairfax (they actually all go inside the Hundreds store) and watching the video you do see that this was clearly a success. Nice work!

Freshjive has released some solid new product at their flagship store in LA, Reserve. The brand put out the Disciple fitted cap in green and red plaid, some accessories including a belt and wallets as well as some very nice winter coats. The coats concentrate more on cut and functionality and less on the crazy colors.

It seems to be the time to launch new websites. After (Commune), the new SLB website now also launched. They made it look like a newspaper that you can flip through – a piece of art. In the future the SLB Collection will also be presented on the site. But already now you can check out the store, read Sal’s blog and do all sorts of other things.
