Together with out friends from Fairtilizer and Nike Sportswear we present you the Mad Decent remix contest. We provide you with the acapella and an original song that you can download and remix. You have to submit your remix and then the people of Mad Decent will choose a winner. The winner will be featured on the Mad Decent website and on Fairtilizer and you also get some gear from Nike Sportswear.

We got together with up and coming music platform Fairtilizer to present you an interview with Dave from Chromeo and their Top Of 2008 playlist.

Dave gives us some insight on their inspiration and the latest happenings around Chromeo. Also they put together a playlist of their favorite 2008 releases, that you can listen to right here.

Today we can report about a project that we have watched for a little while already – Fairtilizer, a new site that is dedicated to music. In principle its an online community that brings together people that love and care about music.

+41 is in charge of the design for the site (which is not done yet), and created some Fairtilizer t-shirts now. One t-shirt is a reference to Peter Saville/Joy Division’s work. They redesigned the FAIRTILIZER logo in an “Unknown Pleasure” way… the other one is an organic transcription of the same logo.
