Independent brand Feit has released a new style called the PNTHA Low Cork. The shoe is available in two colorways – off-white and brown.
Feit has a unique manufacturing process, which they describe as follows:
Each month we email images of our newest samples to our members who have 10 days to request “MAKE ME A PAIR”.
Each sample is subject to MAXIMUM CAPACITY – the maximum number of shoes that can be made based on our material stock levels.
Once maximum capacity is reached, production begins.
If members respond well to the style but capacity remains, the REMAINING CAPACITY is made available to the general public for Pre Order.
We hope you enjoy our products and process as much as we enjoy making them.

It has been really quite around FEIT for a long time and therefore it makes us even happier seeing the Australian brand present one strong release after the other in recent months. The X-Ray sole was introduced by them on their last boot and now it also appears on their all new Horween leather Chukka Boot.
“The Moc Chukka X Ray is a hand sewn moccasin, built on a transparent sole, which highlights the custom Feit Hand Sewn Good Year construction, as well as the shoe’s internal components. The transparent brings 3 major internal components into plain view – the bamboo shank, cork foot bed and thread weave.
The natural bamboo shank used in the mid foot provides strength and support where it is most needed. The cork foot bed is an all-natural, lightweight material used for absorption and flexibility. The thread weave can be seen travelling in and out, around the perimeter of the sole. Each stitch is hand sewn, joining the upper the sole. This technique provides maximum strength, flexibility and breathability. It is an age-old footwear construction greatly lost in footwear today, replaced, unfortunately, by cheaper cemented constructions.”
You can order your boots already here, with a release set for mid April.
Many more images of both colorways of the boot follow after the jump.

After announcing this interesting collaboration a while ago, we can give you a detailed look at the two colorways of the Outlier x FEIT Supermarine sneaker today.
“The Outlier Feit Supermarines. A handmade sneaker, built with the best materials possible. Highly water resistant, extremely breathable and all around a pleasure to wear.
Like all of Feit’s shoes the Supermarines are handmade using traditional shoemaking techniques that today are generally only used by high end dress shoe companies like John Lobb, Alden and Tricker’s.
The upper is made from two materials and uses only two seams, one to attach the tongue and one to close up the rear. The outer material is Supermarine Cotton, a highly water resistant and extremely breathable fabric made solely of the longest staple Egyptian cotton. The inner is a double layer of French calf leather, an extremely soft and breathable material.
The Feit/Outlier commando sole is a similar combination. A full length French vegetable leather outsole provides an excellent combination of flexibility and stiffness, while a two piece Vibram sheet rubber layer ensures solid grip and traction. A cork midsole adds in natural breathability and shock absorption. Everything is sewn together using the traditional handmade Goodyear welt construction. Waxed cotton laces, a 3M reflective heel cap, a discreet lace tuck and a buffalo leather insole with natural latex arch support complete the package.”
The sneaker comes in two colorways and is now available for pre-order here.
