After giving you a look at some shirts and a tote bag the other day, of the upcoming range designed by Levi’s and Filson, we can showcase today two more pieces from the collaborative collection. A heritage trucker jacket is part of the range, featuring the signature Filson canvas fabric. In return one of Filson’s classic duffle bags comes entirely constructed with Levi’s denim.

After announcing the collaboration yesterday, we show you today another product from the exciting upcoming collaboration between Levi’s and Filson. The tote bag mixes the two most obvious materials from this collaboration – denim and thick canvas. Look out for a full collection preview soon. Via Selectism.

Shortly after announcing their collaboration with Brooks Brothers on a Made in USA denim collection, Levi’s announces an upcoming line with Filson on men’s workwear and bags.

“The line includes iconic pieces from one brand’s assortment reimagined in fabrics from the partner brand, such as a Levi’s Trucker jacket fashioned from Filson’s signature oil-finish tin cloth or the Filson Cruiser jacket in Levi’s rigid denim. Bags include two tote styles and a small duffel. Prices in the collection range from $50 to $228.” Via WWD.

The collection will be available both at Levi’s stores and Filson retailers and will continue in Spring 2011.

Established in 1897, Pacific Northwest outfitter Filson began life building goods with a matter of need, purpose and survival. This Fall, the label collaborates with Californian skate brand Vans on a Sk8-Hi and matching rucksack in traditional Filson canvas and bridle leather. “Might as well have the best.”

The Filson + Apolis Philanthropist Briefcase comes from Apolis Activism’s desire to connect the hands that make a product to the hands that wear a product. Founded by the Parton brothers basing their production model on empowering people through opportunity instead of charity. The 17.5 oz rugged Ugandan canvas was sourced through the nonprofit organization – Invisible Children. Their Ugandan cotton initiative is working to rebuild Uganda’s textile industry by impacting the whole supply chain – farmer to manufacturer. Each briefcase is cut and sewn by the iconic 100 year old Seattle brand – CC Filson Co., using their heritage hardware and finishing passed down from generation to generation. This is Filson’s first official collaboration, limited run of 200 units numbered sequentially.

The much anticipated Filson For Urban Outfitters bags are now available. The heritage Seattle based brand produced a Zipper Tote Bag and Duffle Bag for Urban Outfitters, going for 129 USD and 205 USD. The bags can now be purchased from the Urban Outfitters online store.
