Strictly Fitteds came up on a collaborative cap from New York City barber Frank’s Chop Shop and Japanese streetwear label Swagger. The fitted hat combines the SWG logo with Frank’s Razor on a black wool body. Look for a release shortly.

As you’ve probably already seen, Commonwealth partnered with Vans for the “Opening Day Collection” on an Authentic LX and limited edition Majestic Authentic Jersey. What you haven’t seen is the accompanying New Era 5950 fitted. “This Commonwealth “Ribbon C” cap features a Nationals color way with a wool ‘Scarlet’ crown and visor, embroidered “Ribbon C” logo with a midnight navy outline, tonal “For the Greater Good” embroidery on the side, and a flat embroidered “C’MON Anvil” logo on the back, to finish it off we’ve added a gray underbill.” Slated to release April 5th at Commonwealth DC, and there’s more than 12 of these.

LA based Hall Of Fame presents their newest series of fitteds. The “Size” New Era Cap explores an innovative, if not introspective, idea whereby each hat features it’s own size embroidered up front. Keeping in line with their classic, sports inspired appearance, Hall of Fame worked with a two-tone color concept. Six different caps were produced, ranging for size 7 1/8 to 7 3/4. Available now in-store and online at HallofFameLTD.com.

After releasing a nice set of tees yesterday, LA-based Diamond Supply Co. has teamed up with rapper Rick Ross and his Maybach Music Group. Together they produced a fitted cap featuring Maybach Music Group’s MMG logo superimposed atop a diamond. The white, orange and teal color scheme pays homage to Rick Ross’ hometown of Miami. No word yet on a release date, but watch for this to drop soon along with a matching t-shirt.

We continue out Stussy Fall 2008 previews with a look at the upcoming caps in the new collection. Of course they heavily worked again with New Era, presenting a nice range of fitted caps, as well as a couple of mesh caps as part of the Fall line. Stand-out pieces are for sure the reptile leather caps that you see here above and the new Fedora hat.

This past weekend, the New Era Flagship Store Berlin opened its doors. With 250 sqm in size, this marks the biggest New Era store to open its doors. Located in the heart of Berlin Mitte, New Era chose a prime location to invade the German market, which is still at a young stage for fitted caps.
The New Era Store Berlin goes over 2 floors and offers of course all sorts of caps that you can imagine, but also clothing and special limited edition product. A while ago we presented you some of the opening specials of the store. Pics via Artschoolvets.

Some of you probably remember the Broken Halos collection and the political history behind what used to be the Anaheim Angels. Triumvir brought out a couple of caps and t-shirts on the theme a couple of months ago. Now they extent the series and are about to release new colorways and fitted caps in collaboration with Estate LA. There will be a navy blue set as well as a yellow set, both releasing on July 9th.

LA’s premier fitted cap store, Hall Of Fame, has a released a new series of t-shirts – the Upside Down Tees. They come in several colorways for different cities and teams and are available now.

The first shipment of Crooks & Castles Spring 2008 New Era caps has arrived at Commonwealth. This season they present both the classic Double C Fitted in several colorways and a new Mascot Fitted cap, which will also come in a second colorway soon.
