We recently showed you an in depth look at Dr. Martens Spring/Summer 2012 collection, and amongst those pictured was the Alfred Brogue. It was clearly one of the best shoes in what is a very impressive array of footwear. Here is a further look at that particular shoe here. NEXUSVII is offering some splendid footwear with these officer shoes done in collaboration with George Cox. Two very distinct versions of the shoes have dropped each featuring high quality leather construction and unique design details. One is a pebbled leather in black, while the other is a smoothed out version in brown with a black cap toe. Both versions feature a pointed star at the toe, too. New York retailer, Leffot, took one of their favorite shoes, the Alden Longwing Blucher, and put their spin on it. This shoe has some great details and would make for an awesome addition to your footwear arsenal, especially if you’re looking to kick things up a notch. Diemme has created one of their most rugged hiking boot offerings to date with this Roccia Vet decked out with a Schoeller Kepotec textile. A triple layer SympaTex was utilized to create the upper, which will help resist against water – it is also very durable, ensuring that you will be getting your money’s worth. Danner’s Stumptown collection has certainly produced many clean and classic boots, the the Portland-based footwear maker adds a bold twist to things with this bright blue Mountain Trail Willamette. Constructed off of the Danner 650 last, this boot is a bit more sleek and slender as opposed to most hiking style boots. If you’re feeling adventurous, you can get these now over at Danner.

Patta continues to display a level of consistency throughout all of their special projects. This time around, the Amsterdam-based retailer creates this PxK Hiking Collection in partnership with KangaROOS. Patta dipped into the their archives and pulled out two hiking styles, the K2 and Woodhollow models, and reworked them with the application of CORDURA® Nylon fabrics and premium leathers. Both look really nice and if you are not completely sold, the Woodhollow comes with a double branded Victorinox Swiss Army Pocket Knife.
