As part of their 100 year anniversary celebrations, Fred Perry continues to work with high fashion designer Raf Simons. The capsule collection acts as an extension to the already existing collaboration of the two. We give you a look here at the Table Tennis Brogue. The monochrome leather lace-up keeps a very classic look and features an embroidered Fred Perry logo on the side-panel. The shoe is now available from Oki-Ni.

After just seeing Tomoki Sukezane’s recent work with Comme des Garcons Homme Plus, the Japanese designers name is back in the news with a set of garments for Fred Perry. Following a successful series of collaborative polos, this season Sukezane worked on a classic chalk stripe three-piece suit. The offering consists of a washed 3B jacket, gilet and pants – lending a more casual approach to a quite formal get-up. Now available from Fred Perry Japan.

After just recently presenting to you the accessories from the Raf Simons for Fred Perry Fall/Winter 2009 Collection, we show you today the entire clothing line.

Raf Simons worked with dark colors this season, including black, brown and grey tones. The collection offers knitwear, pants, jackets and of course a good amount of polo shirts. Accents are set mostly with subtle metallic embroideries, as well as with patchwork cuts. Overall the collection is pretty simple and easy to wear. Our favorite piece is the short peacoat.

Fred Perry got together with Japanese retailer Edifice to celebrate their 15th anniversary. Together they produced a polo shirt with bi-color laurel chest logo embroidery and neon reflective stripe. The polo comes in two colorways and will be released in the near future.

After already showing you some first polo shirts from the Raf Simons for Fred Perry Fall/Winter 2009 Collection, we give you a first look today at the high top sneaker and accessories from the collaboration collection, which certainly grew since its first inception a couple of seasons ago.

Raf Simons added this season two bags, beanies, scarfs, as well as a high top sneaker boot to the collection. Just like the clothing, the colors are simple and most pieces feature some sort of a metallic detail, most of the time with the logo.

The Raf Simons collaboration with Fred Perry continues for Fall/Winter 2009. Today we give you a first look at the polo shirts from the collection. Coming with a slightly slimmer cut and smaller collar, than the regular Fred Perry polo, they also feature a metallic laurel logo chest embroidery and collaborative labels in the neck. Raf Simons continues his longstanding relationship with 100 year old British label Fred Perry for Autumn/Winter 2009. With designs heavily based around Fred Perry’s classic thirty leaf laurel logo, amongst other items, Raf Simons presents a reworked version of the iconic polo with a Carl Andre-inspired rusted metal treatment and enlarged embroidery. Raf Simons has also designed a special centenary outfit for Fred Perry, complete with a pair of reimagined brogues, based on a suit that Fred Perry himself wore in 1947. Be in the lookout for this collection to release this coming Autumn.

Fred Perry always manages to bring their classic polo up to date. We have seen fading graphics on lots of sneakers lately and here come now the matching polo shirts. The polos come in black/blue, black/pink and black/grey. They are now available at American Rag & Cie.
