Fresh Melt Water has brought together an interesting line-up of people to create and showcase their new “The Hope Fiend” Collection. They worked with artist Sean MRG, known for his excellent hand drawn letter forms, on a series of t-shirts and tank tops. The collection was modeled by none other than Cole Mohr, a super model usually only seen in the latest Dior Homme campaigns and in general the high fashion circus. Last but not least the collection was shot by talented photographer Bobby Whigham. We like the overall execution for this Spring/Summer 2011 t-shirt collection, releasing really soon.

Philadelphia retailer/label Fresh Melt Water aligns with New York’s Mighty Healthy on a Philly exclusive t-shirt to commemorate the opening of MH’s Philly Pop-Up Store. The store, which follows up on the success of the NY Pop-Up at Reed Annex, opens today (March 19, 2010) at Fresh Melt Water.

Coming out of Philadelphia, Fresh Melt Water creates graphics based on found objects, phrases and twists on popular culture. The lookbook for their fall 2008 line, “ENJOY LIFE,” has recently dropped and we present a selection of highlights from that. Keeping the theme of found objects in popular culture high, Fresh Melt draws on the genius of Marcel Duchamp for the “Urnal” tee. This, as much for the excitement of a Duchamp reference as anything else, is a really winning piece.

The future holds more strong parody, including flips of classic LIFE Magazine covers.
