Japanese label Beams returns for their second year as an official sponsor for the Fuji Rock Festival. Contributing a series of original t-shirts, shopping bags as well as event staff t-shirts, Beams collaborated with Over The Stripes and Disney on two Mickey and Minnie mouse pieces with obvious musical references. The brand also contributed two surf and guitar influenced graphics. The Fuji Rock Festival 2009 takes place at the Naeba Ski Resort in Niigata Prefecture, Japan from Friday, July 24th to Sunday, July 26th. The t-shirts are now available at Beams.

Festival time again people and no one does it better than Japan with the Fuji Rock Festival. The Fuji Rock Festival will take place at the Naeba Ski Resort on July 25-27. But, beforehand on Friday, the 13th of June, United Arrows is releasing their official festival t-Shirt "Beauty and Youth."  Available in black and white tees, these are sure to rock out. On Saturday July 21, Stussy stores will release a collaboration with the legendary rock group, The Stooges. Led by front man Iggy Pop, The Stooges were formed in 1967 and “virtually single-handedly godfathered punk rock, garage rock and American heavy metal.” They reformed in 2003 for live shows and recently released their first new studio album in over 30 years, The Weirdness. On July 28, 2007, Iggy Pop and The Stooges will perform at the Fuji Rock Festival in Japan along with The Beastie Boys, The Cure, The Chemical Brothers and Fishbone. To celebrate the occasion Stussy is releasing this collaboration t-shirt!
