We have seen it for the iPad and now it will soon also come out for the iPhone 4 and iPod Touch. The iCade Junior is an arcade style controller for the smaller Apple devices, including the iPhone 4. Looks fun, but you still need pretty small hands to work the device. Look out for an official release from Ion soon.

It look as if Nikon’s latest high-end DSLR, the D800, will be releasing soon. Word has it, this new 36.3 megapixel CMOS sensor camera will be capable of 7360 x 4912 resolution images and also possessing the ability to create 1080p digital video. At the 2012 NAMM Show, Korg introduced their new Kaossilator 2, a palm-sized synthesizer that is played via a Kaoss x/y touchpad. The little guy is filled with 150 sounds, including Synth Leads, Basses, Acoustic Instruments, Chorded Sounds, SE, Drum Kits and Rhythm Patterns.

The Kaossilator 2 combines PCM drums, modeling synthesis and two crossfade-able Loop Recorder banks. The Kaossilator 2′s Dual Loop Recording Banks can overdub your touchpad performances as many times as you like. By adding layer upon layer to a simple phrase, you can create complex loops and then save them using the microSD data slot.

“Boasting a powered-up sound generator, kaossilator 2 delivers synth and drum sounds spanning a wide range of genres, plus dramatically expanded loop recording. kaossialtor 2 is packed with capabilities that can be enjoyed alone on or together with other people. Ten One Design took a great minimal approach in their design for this Magnus iPad Stand. This incredibly simple design makes use of magnets to keep your iPad standing upright. From a straight on look, the tablet appears to be suspended on its own, but when you check the side profile, you can see Magnus in action. Well, you can’t see the actual magnetism between to two objects, but you will see the iPad supported nicely. The product retails for $49.95 and are available at Ten One Design.

At the recent CES in Las Vegas, NV, Victorinox unveiled a very modern update to their classic Swiss Army Knife when they placed a 1 terabyte thumb drive into the mix. We would gladly take this handy little device in our Swiss Army Knife over a spork any day. Word has it is that this great product will set you back about $3,000 when it drops later this year.

Bang & Olufsen have unveiled their new BeoVision 65-inch plasma television, in addition to a set of BeoLab wall-mounted speakers. The pieces compliment each other, and knowing how B&O get down, we are certain their performance is on par with other products from the Danish company.

This week famed stereo brand Bang & Olufsen has announced its new sub brand, going by the name B&O Play. The first product to come from the new collection is the B&O Play Beolit 12. The portable sound system comes with AirPlay, allowing you to stream your music from a series of devices to the speaker system. Priced at 800 USD, it will come to stores in a series of colors February 2012.

While at CES, we stopped by Sony’s massive section to check out the Vita handheld gaming system. The Vita has been launched in Asia, but it will be coming to the US very shortly, February 22 to be exact. This great little device is very compact and it features a very high resolution screen. While there, it was announced that AT&T will be providing 2 different options for anytime-anywhere connectivity. There is a $15 plan that will get you 250 MB of data a month, and a $25 plan that gets you a 2 GB allowance. You will also be able to utilize Netflix on this, making it a perfect travel companion. Retail for the Playstation Vita starts at $249.

We will be at CES in Las Vegas this week, so be sure to keep up with our adventures while there. Yesterday, we had a chance to check out Unveiled at the Venetian. A few companies were on hand to showcase select items in sort of a preview of what to expect at the big show. Lytro was on hand with their amazing Light Field Camera, which we showed you here. Another fantastic product at Unveiled was Parrot’s AR Drone. It is quadrocopter with a high definition camera attached to it. You can control this thing with your smartphone or tablet. It’s pretty amazing when you see it in action. Be sure to check in with us for more news from CES.
