Japan’s Gallery 1950 pulls a Peanuts license for a set of tees featuring Charlie Brown and Snoopy acting a bit classier than usual. Charlie rolls on the Eames rocker while Snoopy get his newboy hat on to play tennis, amongst other pursuits.

uniform experiment has teamed up with Gallery 1950 on the Color Chart Rug Mat as part of their Spring/Summer 2011 Collection. The rug mat features a multicolor pattern, by now a signature by uniform experiment. It is 800 mm x 600 mm in size and releases on June 4th.

Japanese institution Gallery 1950 collaborates with Parrott Canvas on a set of backpacks. Offered in beige, red or navy, each bag features a a striped ribbon around bottom and a bold contrast base. Each bag is made in the U.S.A. of durable canvas. Scheduled for a March 2011 release.

Gallery 1950 have pushed out a number of impressive releases since they’ve been on our radar. This acoustic guitar, with no obvious collaborative partner, comes as a bit of a surprise though. Celebrating their 5 year anniversary in 2010, Japanese retailer Dedue look to G-1950 and Porter for an exclusive set of product. The result is a selection of four items: a classic black nylon day pack, a Ray and Charles Eames patterned wallet (in three colors) and a greyscale, leopard-print bath mat. All items will be released mid-March, and now available for pre-order from Dedue.

Gallery 1950 teamed up with Japanese bag mavens Porter on some new carrying cases. The duo whipped up a set of small two-tone canvas tote bags coming with a white upper, black handles and your choice of four different colored bottoms. Also new from Gallery 1950 x Porter is a Nintendo DS Case in black with either red or blue mesh highlights. Available now from Nos Osaka.
