One of Garbstore’s highlights for the Fall/Winter 2011 season has to be this SA Mechanic Shirt. Made up of a Japanese Selvedge chambray cloth, this work shirt boasts some nice details:

Selvedge Japanese Chambray cloth. Sky colour. Triple Union Special needle on arms and shaped yoke. Side Gussets in selvedge cloth. Twin needle front pockets. Contrast brushed flannel Mexican pattern cloth contrast.

Garbstore presents their new Spring/Summer 2011 Collection Lookbook, entitled “Men Who Did”.

Garbstore gets together with Bedwin & The Heartbreakers to collaborate on a messenger bag for Spring/Summer 2011. The black canvas bag comes with a white print detail and small red logo tag, while otherwise staying really clean. Look out for a release of the bag soon at the Garbstore in London (storeguide). Garbstore has released their new Spring/Summer 2011 Collection today. Their new Billy Slip loafer right away caught our attention. We love the style for the summer. They also present the Billy Chukka, another solid silhouette with great details. Both come in two colorways and is now available here.

UK-based label Garbstore gave us a first look at their collaborative K-Swiss sneaker at (capsule) Las Vegas. Based on a Swiss Military sneaker, the shoe is a pared-down archival K-Swiss style done in a mix of canvas and leather with a ton of amazing little details – something Garbstore does very, very well. For example, the rubber toe seen above was completely reworked. To top things off, the sneakers will come packaged in a tin box. Nice one.

After a quick preview the other day, we give a detailed look at the collaboration between Garbstore and G-Shock on the GA100 watch.

Today we get a first look at the upcoming collaboration between Garbstore and G-Shock. The watch comes in a solid military green/black colorway with strap branding. Furthermore Garbstore produced a beautiful leather pouch for the watch. A release date has not been announced yet, but the wait will soon be over.

In an interesting collaboration Garbstore has linked up with Penfield. Rather than using the standard Penfield vest as a base, like most others do, they developed a new silhouette – the 1930s Life Preserver Vest. The name says it all. The down vest comes in black with nice leather details on the zippers and an added toggle closure. The vest is now available from Flatspot.

In a beautiful collaboration, Lewis Leathers has gotten together with Garbstore on the “Flying Dominator” leather jacket.

“Based on the 1960s Dominator, the “Flying Dominator” differs from the original with the incorporation of ribbed cuffs and waistband (sourced from the USA). The leather, a British tanned sheep napa, is treated and lined with Lewis’ traditional red. For the central zipper they’ve used a Lightening pin lock zipper – which was common in late 1930s through the 1950s – and on the pockets a flat Lightening zipper is employed.”
