Today we can give you a first detailed look at the upcoming Holiday 2009 Collection by Asics. Aside from some solid new colorways of the Gel Lyte 3 and GT-2, Asics also presents a Safari Pack and the Classic Pattern Pack. The Safari Pack consists of the Procourt Boots, Fraser and Courtrebel MT. The Classic Pattern Pack consists of two colorways of the Procourt AR.

Today we get a first look at the second release of the Trilogy Project. The Culture Shoq Gel Lyte 3 has just released last week, next up is the collaboration with Nicekicks on the popular Asics sneaker. Nicekicks chose to work with all premium leathers on the upper in varsity red. Perforated pig skin, ballistic mesh and the woven laces are nice details on the sneaker. Limited to 250 pairs, the sneaker will be released exclusively at Davidz in October. Via Complex.

The first release from the Trilogy Project has finally come. Asics got together with Davidz and three media outlets to collaborate on their iconic Gel Lyte 3. The first in line to release is the Asics x Culture Shoq sneaker. The sneaker comes as part of a nice pack, consisting of a mesh bag, tank top and Quintin 5-panel cap. The complete set will be going for 135 USD.

The Asics x Culture Shoq Pack will be released today at Davidz.com, as well as at their Soho flagship store in New York, limited to 150 packs overall.

As previously mentioned, Davidz’s Ronnie Fieg worked with Asics and three well known online media outlets on Gel Lyte III collaborative sneakers. The first to release is the Culture Shoq Gel Lyte III, which comes in a nice white/black/grey colorway with purple accents. Limited to only 150 pairs worldwide, the sneaker will be released on July 31rst, exclusively at Davidz.com and in their Soho flagship store. They have a couple of surprises waiting for you as well, but more on that soon.

Today we get a more complete look at the Asics Fall 2009 Collection offering. The brand came out with interesting new colorways of several of their most successful sneakers, including the GT-2, Gel Lyte 3 and the GT-Quick. From more subtle premium styles to the more colorful attention seeking styles, everything is represented in the collection. The line-up is now available at Flauge.

As part of the Trilogy Project we show you the first sneaker in the series to be released, a collaboration between Asics, Ronnie Fieg of David Z. and Cultureshoq. Together they worked on the popular Asics Gel Lyte 3 and gave it a style and material update, which keeps an overall classic and wearable look. Ronnie worked with Cultureshoq, Nicekicks and us in the Trilogy Project, with each site creating its own sneaker. The first one to be released is the Cultureshoq one, that you see here above. Sanrio worked with Asics to offer an exclusive pack of Hello Kitty sneakers. They worked on the Gel Lyte III, which comes in a classic Hello Kitty white/red colorway and in a black/gold colorway. These two colorways will be released in September in select Sanrio stores and on Sanrio.com. A third shoe will be released in October.

The black/gold edition was designed for Sanrio Luxe, a high end Sanrio boutique on New York Time Square. The Sanrio Luxe store will be the only one worldwide carrying the colorway.

End of April the first Asics Runovation Pack was released. Following up on that, Asics bring the Runovation Pack II, which consists of the same styles, with new color and material applications. The GT 2 and the Gel Lyte Speed both look good and stick to basic colors, and the Gel Lyte 3 definitely sticks out with its turquoise/black/sliver upper. The pack will be released mid June at Hanon and other premium retailers.

The Asics Gel Lyte III is the success factor of Asics recent comeback into premium sneaker stores around the globe. In time for summer the sneaker released in three new colorways. Once again both subtle and more brave color options were used, with both looking reeally good. Three new colorways of the Asics Gel Lyte 3 have arrived at Mita.

Once again Asics has released new colorways, of what seems to be their most popular model among sneaker anthusiasts – the Gel Lyte 3. The drop includes a black/white/grey, red/black/white and a blue/white/red colorway. The blue/red is in our opinion the most interesting in the release. All three are now available at Huf.
