Today we get a first look at the second release of the Trilogy Project. The Culture Shoq Gel Lyte 3 has just released last week, next up is the collaboration with Nicekicks on the popular Asics sneaker. Nicekicks chose to work with all premium leathers on the upper in varsity red. Perforated pig skin, ballistic mesh and the woven laces are nice details on the sneaker. Limited to 250 pairs, the sneaker will be released exclusively at Davidz in October. Via Complex.

The first release from the Trilogy Project has finally come. Asics got together with Davidz and three media outlets to collaborate on their iconic Gel Lyte 3. The first in line to release is the Asics x Culture Shoq sneaker. The sneaker comes as part of a nice pack, consisting of a mesh bag, tank top and Quintin 5-panel cap. The complete set will be going for 135 USD.

The Asics x Culture Shoq Pack will be released today at Davidz.com, as well as at their Soho flagship store in New York, limited to 150 packs overall.

As part of the Trilogy Project we show you the first sneaker in the series to be released, a collaboration between Asics, Ronnie Fieg of David Z. and Cultureshoq. Together they worked on the popular Asics Gel Lyte 3 and gave it a style and material update, which keeps an overall classic and wearable look. Sanrio worked with Asics to offer an exclusive pack of Hello Kitty sneakers. They worked on the Gel Lyte III, which comes in a classic Hello Kitty white/red colorway and in a black/gold colorway. These two colorways will be released in September in select Sanrio stores and on Sanrio.com. A third shoe will be released in October.

The black/gold edition was designed for Sanrio Luxe, a high end Sanrio boutique on New York Time Square. The Sanrio Luxe store will be the only one worldwide carrying the colorway.

End of April the first Asics Runovation Pack was released. Following up on that, Asics bring the Runovation Pack II, which consists of the same styles, with new color and material applications. The GT 2 and the Gel Lyte Speed both look good and stick to basic colors, and the Gel Lyte 3 definitely sticks out with its turquoise/black/sliver upper. The pack will be released mid June at Hanon and other premium retailers.

The Asics Gel Lyte III is the success factor of Asics recent comeback into premium sneaker stores around the globe. In time for summer the sneaker released in three new colorways. Once again Asics has released new colorways, of what seems to be their most popular model among sneaker anthusiasts – the Gel Lyte 3. The drop includes a black/white/grey, red/black/white and a blue/white/red colorway. The blue/red is in our opinion the most interesting in the release. All three are now available at Huf.

The sneaker comes in a dark grey/light grey colorway with blue nubuck accents set around the laces and the side-panels. We give you a preview of some upcoming Asics Lifestyle releases. The Gel Lyte III comes in a new colorway, along with another runner and a high top sneaker. Especially the two low-tops are looking fresh. These will be released on 30th of May at the YEAHBOY Department Store in Hamburg, who will be from then on the only store in the area to carry this exclusive collection from Asics.

Yeahboy Department Store and Intu Services will be celebrating the release on 30th of May and will be presenting other interesting cooperative projects on the date as well. So mark your calendars if you are in the area.

LaMJC and got together with Asics to work on the Gel Lyte 3. The most popular model in the Asics range is coming in a nice white/purple/black/pink colorway with mint accents on the toe box and the lining. Overall a very clean looking sneaker.

Limited to 100 pairs worldwide, th LaMJC x Asics Gel Lyte 3’s will be released exclusively at Colette for France on December 13th. They will also be available at Patta (Amsterdam) and Solebox (Berlin), with each boutique getting 12 pairs. As a nice added feature, each shoe will be coming in a matching leather bag.
