Next to sneakers and leather shoes, Giuliano Fujiwara presents some nice looking desert boots from his Spring/Summer 2011 Collection. The designer adds some interesting design elements to the upper and also chooses to work with different outer soles, achieving an updated and modern take on the otherwise classic silhouette.

After having looked at some of the leather shoes from the Giuliano Fujiwara Spring/Summer 2011 Collection already, we show you today the high top sneakers that the fashion designer has in shop for you. Taking cues from classics, such as the Vans Sk8 Hi and the Air Force 1, Fujiwara presents two high top sneakers this season. One comes with ankle strap and a hiking boot inspired look, the other one is a high rise and comes with lace strap in all white. Both of course feature premium leather uppers and we especially like the contrasting laces.

Inspired by classic shoes, the designer adds bold color, tassel details, as well as a thick outer sole to the low top and mid top. In recent years the high top sneaker game has quite gotten out of hands. Designer Giuliano Fujiwara has released from his Fall/Winter 2010 Collection some bold sneakers that almost look like they are coming from “Back to the Future”, especially due to the styling of the tongues. Two versions of the high top are now available in several colorways at GR8.

Designer Giuliano Fujiwara presents a new varsity jacket from is Fall/Winter 2010 Collection. It looks like it has a very slim cut and an interesting shoulder and pocket construction.

The designer once again presents a series of innovative styles, especially in the high top area. Colors are very solid with some metallic accents, as well as smart use of premium materials. A different take on sneakers, while remaining minimilist in terms of design.
