A solid looking new jacket has released from the Bape Holiday 2011 Collection. Featuring a Gore-Tex shell, the Woven Classic Taffeta Rain Jacket comes in navy and brown, and features a matching tonal corduroy collar. We like the classic look, yet functional construction of the jacket.

After having previewed already most of the Bape x mastermind JAPAN Capsule Collection, we take a look today at an exciting addition to the product line.

If you want to look extra slick this season on the slopes, you can get the A Bathing Ape x mastermind JAPAN Gore-Tex Snowboard Jacket and matching pants. The two pieces come in each two camouflage colorways, with the mastermind JAPAN skull and bones logo mixed into the pattern. The jacket and pants will release October 19th at Isetan Shinuku.

These kind of things make us get excited about the winter every year – the nanamica Gore-Tex Cruiser Jacket. This piece probably best represents our love for the Japanese brand, as it perfectly fuses a classic silhouette with modern functionality and high tech fabrics.

The hooded Cruiser Jacket comes for Fall/Winter 2011 in three cotton Gore-Tex versions and in one herringbone Gore-Tex version. Multiple pockets are placed on the upper and small contrasting details in the form of patterns of materials (i.e. leather) add that little extra touch to these otherwise very simple looking pieces. We can assure you, that owning one jacket like this, will serve you well season after season for the years to come.

In an interesting project, The Fusion Project, Goldwin Japan has put together visvim, mastermind JAPAN and White Mountaineering with Gore-Tex to product some technical jackets, using the advanced fabrics of the brand. All three are not new to this particular market and especially visvim and White Mountaineering are well known for producing some of the best Gore-Tex jackets in the market. The White Mountaineering jackets will release June 26th and the other two collaborations follow on July 2nd.

We take a look at two of our favorite new White Mountaineering Gore-Tex jackets of the season. The Primitive Pattern Jacket comes in short and long versions, featuring a Gore-Tex Paclite Shell and an all over pattern. It comes in overall 4 colorways. The T/C Check Field Jacket comes with an all over checker pattern, interesting pocket construction and a nice contrasting lining. It is also available in two colorways.

Puma presents a duo of Gore-Tex lined First Round sneakers for Fall 2011. Featured in brown or blue suede, the shoe is accented with D-ring lacing system and speckled “hiking” laces. A decent inclement weather option outside of your usual suspects. Spotted at Bread & Butter Berlin.

Solidifying their position as a brand that stands for innovation, The North Face has teamed up with Gore-Tex and Pertex, to provide full waterproof and high insulation functionality in a few new jackets. The new The North Face Standard concept store in Tokyo will have the two jackets on pre-sale, starting November 19th and will also host an exhibition for the introduction. Via honeyee.

For Fall/Winter 2009 Stussy once again worked with Afdicegear on a couple of products. This season they present a new collaborative technical jacket and some gloves. The jacket comes with a Gore-Tex shell. Both the jacket and the gloves will be released on September 19th.

As part of their Fall/Winter 2009 Collection, Tretorn presents a series of Gore-Tex sneakers. The T56 Mid and the T56 Low both come in several colorways with Gore-Tex uppers. We like that the sneakers keep their subtle looks, yet have some great technical features, making sure that your feet stay warm and dry this winter. In 1891 the first rubber footwear products left the original Tretorn factory also known as Helsingborgs Gummifabrik. As a brand Tretorn was registered in 1911. If you didn’t know the name Tretorn is Swedish for Three Towers refering to the original factory’s three towers and from what we know Tretorn invented the tennis ball. Tretorn also proudly carries a Royal Warrant, appointed by Hans Majestät Konungen, the King of Sweden.
