We take a look at the Greedy Genius Holiday 2009 campaign. Their Ocean Runner high top sneaker is without a doubt their strongest sneaker to date, keeping an overall subtle silhouette, yet featuring nice details. For the new season the sneaker comes in a series of solid colorways.

We present you the latest colorway of the Greedy Genius Ocean Runner “Big Blue”. The entire upper is made of premium nubuck leather with full grain leather piping. The tongue is nylon enforced and you also get padded reinforced heel support. The mid top sneaker is coming to Greedy Genius retailers for Fall/Holiday 2009.

Here is a look at an upcoming collaboration of Japanese photographer Yone and Greedy Genius. Yone worked on the Cool Breeze and plastered the sneaker with some of his photographs. So far there is no word on a release date, but there seem to be two colorways and release should not be far away. Via Prime.

Greedy Genius is about to introduce a new model in to their collection – the Ocean Runner. This model features a classic boat shoe re-invented into a high top sneaker with classic nautical styling. The Ocean Runner features a tonal nubuck upper, external side lacing details and nylon pipped edges. Without a doubt we can say that this is the nicest Greedy Genius silhouette to date – premium materials, attention to detail, without over-designing the shoe. It will be released soon in two colorways.

Here is a look at the first releases of the Greedy Genius Spring 2009 collection. This first pack consists of two Cool Breeze styles, the Apache and the Sk8 Lo. As usual Greedy Genius uses a multitude of materials and colors on their footwear. The pack is exclusive to Finishline and will be released this month.

Another make-up of the Cool Breeze from Greedy Genius has released. This hinges on a heavy application of silver foil with contrasting gun-metal piping. In stores now.

With a bit of Gucci inspired (Red/Green/Black) flare, the “Paulo” Cool Breeze by Greedy Genius gets going with suede, patent leather and a 3M accent. The shoe hit floors on Black Friday.

After previewing the sneaker in April, we show you today a video that features the upcoming Greedy Genius x Diamond Supply Co. sneaker. Look out for the release in the near future!

We give you a first look at one of the styles out of the Greedy Genius Holiday 2008 collection – the Cool Breeze “Adirondack”. The shoe is constructed of a “brown oily leather”, quilted green canvas on the side panels and 3M accents in blue. The shoe is slated for a “Black Friday”, November 28th, 2008 release at all Greedy Genius retailers.

Yonehara Yasumasa, aka Yone, has made quite a name for himself in the art scene in recent years. It looks like the photographer has a project coming up with Greedy Genius. The two collaborated on a sneaker. Here is a little preview of the shoe via Jeff Staple.
