Taipei based brand Remix has collaborated with Greedy Genius on their Ocean Runner sneaker. The sneaker comes in an all black suede colorway with the Remix logo embroidered across the heel and a tonal collaborative tag placed on the tongue. The sneakers will be released January 1st 2011.

We get a first look today at a new model to be released soon from Greey Genius – the Brutus. The mid top sneaker comes with a moccasin upper, featuring thick stitching and embroidery details on the upper. While we like the general direction this new shoe is taking, inspiration of it just seems a little too obvious. The outer sole is pretty much an exact copy of visvim. Greedy Genius hits us off with an updated silo called the Ocean Runner LO (OR-LO). The lower cut version of their popular Nautically-inspired Ocean Runner premieres in a waxed canvas, perfect for the warmer months ahead. Available at select GG retailers this May.

The folks from Greedy Genius were at Agenda this past weekend showing off some forthcoming releases of their popular Ocean Runner silhouette. They’re actually changing up the name from Ocean Runner to something that’s escaping us at the moment (Admiral?) but the tried and true nautical influence is still running strong. Premium leathers and suedes mark the Summer 10 drop over three different color/material options.

We present you the latest colorway of the Greedy Genius Ocean Runner “Big Blue”. The entire upper is made of premium nubuck leather with full grain leather piping. The tongue is nylon enforced and you also get padded reinforced heel support. The mid top sneaker is coming to Greedy Genius retailers for Fall/Holiday 2009.

Here is a look at an upcoming collaboration of Japanese photographer Yone and Greedy Genius. Yone worked on the Cool Breeze and plastered the sneaker with some of his photographs. So far there is no word on a release date, but there seem to be two colorways and release should not be far away. Via Prime.

Greedy Genius is about to introduce a new model in to their collection – the Ocean Runner. This model features a classic boat shoe re-invented into a high top sneaker with classic nautical styling. The Ocean Runner features a tonal nubuck upper, external side lacing details and nylon pipped edges. Without a doubt we can say that this is the nicest Greedy Genius silhouette to date – premium materials, attention to detail, without over-designing the shoe. It will be released soon in two colorways.
