Similar to the “Trinity” Collection that we recently previewed, Head Porter presents their new “Gala” Series. The collection consists of different size tote bags, backpacks, wallets and pouches. Each piece comes in two colorways and is made of thick canvas and decorated with multicolor stripes.

Head Porter presents their new “Trinity” collection. The line consists of several different wallets, as well as some bags. All pieces come with a thick canvas upper and a stripe design, inspired by vintage car racing. Look out for a release soon.

Head Porter has released the latest series from their Spring/Summer 2010 Collection. The “Track and Field” line consists of duffle bags, tote bags, waist bags, little pouches and more. Each piece comes in a variety of colors and materials, with the large logo placement and the use of fleece most standing out compared to other Porter collections. The new bags are now available in the honeyee online store.

Edison Chen gives us a preview of the latest collaboration between Head Porter and CLOT. This time they kept it simple and worked on the Eco Grocery Bag. The bag comes in white and in black and will be released soon.

Head Porter presents their new “Perfect Book” for Spring/Summer 2010, giving you a detailed look at their new collection.

Uniqlo may be hailed as the only retailer making real money in recession-hit Japan, but while the newly-frugal Japanese are embracing fast fashion they’re (cheaply) satisfying their brand-lust elsewhere. Ubiquitous with the girls right now are tote bags that come as a ‘gift’ with label catalogs sold in bookstores and 24-hour combini stores. Until this unisex Head Porter edition dropped this week, however, yen-strapped men were barely catered for. Emblazoned with Head Porter’s house monogram, the ‘two way’ vinyl tote (i.e. it has a detachable shoulder strap) seems sturdy enough to at least see you through the coming season. The Chinese manufacture may be at odds with the resolutely ‘Made in Japan’ Head Porter brand, but at 1300 yen (US$14) who’s complaining? And since the catalog (or ‘Perfect Book’ as it proclaims itself) is available from Amazon Japan, you may not even need to ‘get your proxy on’ for this one.

Head Porter and Bedwin worked together this Holiday season on a small collaborative capsule collection. The collection includes a tote bag, PC bag, card wallet and passport wallet. They used some nice premium plaid and leather on all pieces. The collection will be released in December in the Head Porter online store.

Head Porter has released their new Tweed Collection. As part of the line they present a wallet, organizer, pouch, several bags and more, with each piece coming in two tweed colorways. Details on the bags come in canvas and in leather, giving the collection an overall premium appeal. All pieces are now available from the honeyee.store.

As part of their Fall/Winter 2009 Collection Head Porter also worked with Tweed and presents two different sets of luggage using the classic material. Both using Herringbone Tweed and Gun Club Tweed, Head Porter produced a series of bags, tote bags, laptop bags and more. Accents are nicely set in premium leathers and canvas. The bags are now available at Surrender.
