It has been a while since we last heard of Jhung Yuro, the luxury sneaker brand, that first came up some time last year. Today this landed in our inbox. Jhung Yuro has created a one-of-a-kind pair of limited edition sneakers for luxury cognac brand Hennessy called The Hennessy Celebration Hi-Top.

The Hennessy Celebration Hi-Top is made from soft full grain leather with a cow suede tongue and vamp, napa pigskin interior and a lizard embossed overlay and strap. Color blocked with cognac brown and cream, The Hennessy Celebration Hi-Top has a non-marking rubber midsole, crepe rubber outsole with leather logo patch, deco stitch and will be packaged in an exotic skin embossed shoebox with a braided rope shoebox handle.

The Hennessy Celebration Hi-Top will retail for $300 and will be available exclusively at JhunYuro.com beginning Monday, December 1st. The Hennessy Celebration Hi-Top is a limited edition shoe with only 500 pairs being made available in the US.

New York based designer Alejandro Ingelmo has made quite a name for himself ever since introducing his metallic sneakers.
Here we show you the latest line-up of his iconic Hi Top sneaker. The shoe features a lace up fastening with a Velcro strap at the ankle and perforations at the quarter and toe.
Oki-Ni now become one of the very few stockists of the line and got them in in overall four colorways.

First pieces of the Fall 2008 collection landed today at Hanon. As usual the heritage outdoor brand presents a range of very solid jackets, ranging from down jackets with plaid and leather details, as well as hooded parkas.

Britain’s classic motorcycle jacket purveyors Lewis Leathers have joined forces with one of Japan’s COMME des GARCONS in this latest footwear collaboration. They worked on a hi top sneaker with an All Star silhouette. The entire upper comes covered in Lewis Leathers premium leather and features nice detailed in the form of zippers and straps.
It is now available in the Colette online store.

Finally we get a look at The Hundreds x Gravis Hi-Cut Blackbox sneakers, after many pictures have been circulating the net of early samples. As it turns out the sneaker comes in all white and does not feature the Adam The Bomb logo. Nevertheless it comes with many nice details, including The Hundreds grass camo in white on white and also the rest of the sneaker is kept very clean.
It is now available at Flauge.

After just recently giving you a detailed look at the designers photo print accessories and shoes, we shoe you today the newly released Martin Margiela Fall/Winter 2008 sneakers.
The designer presents the velcro sneaker, which comes with 3 velcro straps and uppers are constructed from a large grain vintage effect white leather with suede pieces on the toe and around the heel. The new hi top sneaker comes in a dark blue flock fabric with black rubber soles and toe cap, a leather interior and contrast silver eyelets along the placket.
The Martin Margiela Fall/Winter 2008 sneakers are now available at Oki-Ni.

Lanvin has celebrated a tremendous comeback in recent years, mainly due to their ready-to-wear collection. A good part of that success can also be contributed to their popular sneaker line.
As part of their Fall/Winter 2008 collection, the popular hi top sneakers return. Aloha Rag and Barneys got them in this weekend in black, brown and beige. All three come in a mix of patent leather and suede and look as usual very sleek. If you got a spare 820 USD, then this is a good way to invest them.

Recently we saw the Saucony x David Z. collaboration and we can already tell you that other top tier stores in the world will follow with collaborations.
Mita now received the Saucony Master Court 3 Hi Tops in three colorways – black/white, green and purple. They come in a mix of canvas and patent leather and have certain similarities with the Vans Sk8 Hi.

Ato Matsumoto’s take on a sneaker has produced a stunning and functional styled piece of footwear that has yet hardly made it out of Japan until now. The brand got a lot of press last year after Kanye West was seen rocking the Ato Cow Hide Boots.
For 2008 the Japanese designer presents a new set of Cow Hide Boots consisting of a black, white and all silver colorway. It features 2 velcro straps and comes in a mix of patent leather and regular premium leather.

Rocksmith will soon be releasing their very own footwear. We give you an exclusive first look at the two sneakers that the brand will be launching, will more models to follow next year.
This first drop consists of a black and a white hi-top sneaker. They both come in a mix of regular leather, patent leather and perforated leather. The lining comes in strong contrasting colors. The logo has been embossed on the sneaker. Expect these to drop later this year.

The year is almost over and we have seen once again tons of new sneakers, collaborations and more. We have seen good, interesting and strange sneakers from the big players this year, but it sure looks like one of the most interesting is yet to come, by none other than Undefeated and Adidas.
Undefeated and Adidas got together to celebrate the “1979″ Top Ten sneaker. The outcome is an amazing box set. The sneaker looks subtle, but has lots of nice small details, such as the “basketball” like upper, golden plated lace jewels and eyelets, and the transparent sole finishing. The sneaker comes in a black box, with real wood flooring, and a book, featuring photographs by long time documenter Estevan Oriol.

The sneakers will be released in February at Adidas Consortium stores, such as Solebox and Foot Patrol. Limited to 650 pairs worldwide, the set will go for 450 USD. It’s expensive, but it has been a while since we have seen something this special and well executed. Probably the most interesting pack fro Adidas all year. Via Crooked Tongues.

Here some new shots of the New Balance P580, a collaboration between Japanese brand Whiz and store Mita Sneakers. It turned out pretty nice with plaid details on the upper, the tongues and the inner lining and matching laces. We are not big fans of the big logo on the ankle, but other than that certainly a nice turn-out.

Japanese sneaker brand Ubiq started to release part of their Fall 2007 collection – The Vaget. It’s a new hi-top sneaker in their collection which comes in three colorways in a worn out style – white, black and burgundy. It is their interpretation of a classic hi-top basketball boot. They are now available at Chapterworld.
