Arkitip launched the Chronicles section on their website, which is a more in-depth look at their work and collaborators.
“The Arkitip Chronicles will focus on designers and artists that work and collaborate directly with Arkitip. You could call it our inside the artist’s studio if you like. We will aim to provide you with access to studios, behind the scenes looks at creative types and features on artists globally.

We will also dig deeper to showcase the process and inner workings of Arkitip at issue release events, exhibitions and company related functions. Giving the viewer a closer look at the personalities at Arkitip and those in our extended family.”

The Arkitip x Wood Wood Highmath exhibition starts in Berlin tomorrow evening with the opening event. To give you an idea of what to expect we can already show you some teasers of the promo material as well as some works that will be in display. Nike is also heavily involved in this event and has incorporated the Dunk into the new Arkitip issue and other aspects of the overall initiative.

Here a little announcement about the upcoming exhibition “Highmath” being presented during the next Berlin Fashion Week in January 2008.

The art magazine Arkitip is curating its first exhibition in Germany and as the first external source ever, Wood Wood will design a whole issue of the magazine, which will serve as the exhibition catalog.

The “Highmath” exhibition will be shown from 31st of January till 1rst of March 2008 and feature works of Andrew Schoultz, Chris Lindig, Ed Templeton, Evan Hecox, Cody Hudson, CR Stecyk III, Eric Elms, Gary Benzel, Geoff McFetridge, Jo Jackson, José Parla, Josh Petherick, Kaws, Killpixie, Michael Leon, Kevin Lyons, Michael Perry, Parra, Phil Frost, Perks, Peter Beste, Peter Sutherland, Richard Colman, Ryan Waller, Shepard Fairey, Todd  St. John and Steve Harrington.
Both the exhibition and the upcoming Arkitip x WoodWood issue are certainly something to look out for!
