Hiroshi Fujiwara is featured in the first issue of Outstanding Magazine, a new mag concentrating on new outdoor fashion trends. In the spread ‘Hiroshi Fujiwara’s Winter Uniform’, the Japanese designer and taste maker is wearing the latest from L.L. Bean, uniform experiment, Nike Sportswear, F.C.R.B., Sophnet, Vanquish and Burton.

We take a look at the latest products coming from AFFA, a small clothing line, headed by Undercover’s Jun Takahashi and Hiroshi Fujiwara. Over the years AFFA still remains small and it is not easy to find the items, especially overseas. In this new lookbook, the two head honchos model their latest pieces, including t-shirts, pants, a leather biker jacket, a hooded down jacket and more.

Traverse Tokyo presents new T-Shirts by Hiroshi Fujiwara, Sk8thing (representing his new label Cav Empt) and Tenderloin. Overall the images stick to the clean, focused design we’ve seen from these designers over the years with an emphasis on black and white. Of course Hiroshi Fujiwara added a couple hits of color to his pieces, as we’ve seen him do many times over with various Fragment releases.

This year Starbucks is celebrating its 40th anniversary. For the occasion the coffee giant has gotten together with Hiroshi Fujiwara to open the concept coffee shop Omotesando B-Side. Fujiwara created a relaxed atmosphere, adding design elements, accessories, books, color and more to the shop interior. Furthermore he designed a limited edition mug, which will only be given out to select people at the store. The official opening takes place today, March 31st.

We give you a further look at the upcoming collaboration between Nike Sportswear and fragment design. Presented are three Dunk Hi’s, designed by Hiroshi Fujiwara, Sk8thing and fragment design. Each of them comes with a different color combination on each foot, which is probably the most unique feature of the collection. The London sneaker was designed by Hiroshi Fujiwara in a pink/yellow colorway. The New York sneaker was designed by Sk8thing in a white/navy/red colorway and the Beijing colorway by fragment design comes in black/purple. The London pair is the first one to be released at Nike Harajuku on December 18th.

This month will see the release of the latest musical work of iconic Japanese designer and musician Hiroshi Fujiwara. Entitled “in DUB with LUV – hiroshi fujiwara presents studio66″ will drop in Japan on December 15th.

We get a first look at the two fragment design Bearbricks designed by Hiroshi Fujiwara. The two toys are part of Bearbrick Series 20, which is dropping soon. Via TB.

Artoo reports about an interesting upcoming remix album by Hiroshi Fujiwara and K.U.D.O. The album remixes songs by Michael Jackson and the Jackson 5 and will hit retailers in Japan beginning of June. Some other stores around globe, including colette and Firmament, should also be getting it. Something to look out for!
